Well Suhana is asking Ishaan if he loved her but what about her feelings for him? Ishaan like always would try to hide his feelings for her as he feels that Suhana will never reciprocate..

I don't think either of them are going to confess anything until the introduction of Ishaan's once upon a time gf/crush😕

Ishaan sharmaofys and confesses his love to the teddy - the teddy then becomes Ishaan's messenger, another version of "Zoobi Doobi" playing in the background, Ishaan-Suhana on his khatara scooter driving away into the sunset .... the possibilities are endless Shwets 😆
