When the lady gave Elesh a job... why do you think she did that?

To me it sounded like she needed a clueless person for the job because the company wanted to use him as a pawn for a bad deal. I dunno.. i had this feeling...

or else why would she hire a guy who knows nothing about construction?
I have a bad feeling about this

Maybe the lady has a crush on him and wants to keep him around for entertainment?😆 I mean Elesh+job=unnecessary trouble so maybe this could be an option too.

i think she did it because she was impressed with him when he told her about his job mindset and cool attitude so i guess she did this cause she sensed that he has potential to do good work cause that lady didn't seem to be that bad.

I really hope she doesn't have some hidden agenda...though she did say that this guy is the right one that we are looking for? It confused me too. Does she mean as in a good candidate or an easy target?
