Along with simplicity I would add precision.....The precision with which the story unfolds...The charachters of the show seem to be picked up from Delhi and brought to our drawing rooms(except for the Chawri Bazaar lane and the Exxxxtraa stars in the night sky...😆😆)...The way Inder speaks is exactly how a person would speak living in Old Delhi..likehis diction...decide karliyo....pakka Chawri bazaar😆😆Even Badi Ma...If u visit Delhi or specifically old Delhi...Women there always say 'hyan' instead of saying 'haan'....Even Rano's kahiye na JI...is apt...😛Love this kind of detailing and precision😊

Yes very true. And also how the humor comes through in absolutely real life situations. I mean even the dhar thodna thing is something so likely to happen to many families. The women involved in normal chores - suhana buying besan and sabun - all these situations are so totally real life and believable. I just love the show.

Thanks for bringing up this topic, Deep!

Yeap...coudn't agree with ya any better! That Disha scene was really nice...Her sari was gorgeous anyway but i like how it was brought abt that, it's always the thought that counts..and the simplicity of their family, like what you said...

Love the way each n every episode is scripted and presented! Humour in almost evry scene, but we never feel there's any over-dose of the humour.Completely agreed that Simplicity is the beauty of SGP!It has smthng(or rather everythng) tht any common man can relate to....No hypocracies, no out-of-the-world characters! Simple, down-to-earth characters and every charcater goes on shaping up after every SGP episode...!
