Episode starts with Saro packing her suitcase & thinking that dadaji is right, she has to go from here with Somu. Sangram singh gifts electronic items and furniture as Manisha's dowry. Dushyanth & co gladly praises that this is called laxmi coming home. Nirjhara says now her giving birth of a son worths. Bhaskar says he has invited whole village for face-seeing ceremony and all will come soon. Dushyanth asks Nijhara to make foods & serve whole village to let them know that his real DIL has come. Dadaji says whatever he says, Saro is the real DIL.
Manisha comes wearing western dress and asks their opinion. All are surprised to see her & Dushyanth says she looks beautiful in saris. Manisha says she wore sari as her mom insisted else she dislikes saris. Sapna objects. Manisha says she can't put on pile of clothes like her as she feels very hot.
Saro comes & says she's going to meet Somu. Dushyanth & Manisha objects. She says she's his legal wife & nobody can stop her from meeting her husband, neither she nor anybody here. Dushyanth says women don't go out when pooja happens. Saro says she has obeyed him even after knowing it is mere superstition but today she won't obey him as she doesn't approve manisha & Somu's marriage. Manisha says she is speaking too much & points gun on her head saying she can't meet somu. Sapna says she saw 2 women fighting for a man in movies only, now she's watching in real. Saro tries to leave but Manisha holds her hand. Dushyanth asks Manisha not to spoil her mood as he won't let her go out. Nirjhara says if she doesn't obey what they are saying she'll be thrown in dark room. Dadaji says as till now she has obeyed them she would do even today and let somu rest. Saro calculates that this is not a right time to go as they will all know her plan.
Dushyanth asks everyone to go now. He gets a call from doctor that Somu's condition is critical. He asks Bhaskar to get car out. Saro asks concernedly if somu is fine. He chides her to stop her bad saying & not follow him. Nirjhara mutters what happened to Somu. Manisha tells her that looks cute worrying & nothing will happen as according to her father she's very auspicious. She asks Sapna to cook for her. Sapna thinks her husband's life is at stake and she's hungry.
On the other habd, Indira & Dadaji are trying to feed saro. She cries and says she is worried for somu, what would have doctor said to Dushyanth.
In hospital, Doctor introduces Dushyanth to a specialist who says Somu's hand is paralyzed due to infection spreading whole body & if medicines fails, he may have to amputee his hand.
Precap: Nirjhara informs saro and Manisha that infection has spread from Somu's hand to his whole body. Manisha holds knife on Saro's neck.
