Arshicsji, your bytes are always a pleasure to read. The stylish and promising promo of Mumbai sequence has truly delivered and lived upto our expectations so far. The scenes of our leading couple are given due attention, respect and consistency by our beloved creatives. This track has signalled the departure of the withdrawn and passionless leads and the arrival of warm and romantic couple. Their scenes exude love, charm, tenderness and togetherness. The cvs show great care, forethought and creativity to invent their scenes effectively. The leads too enthrall the viewers by their magnetism and scintillating chemistry. Their scenes give the audience a fresh air to breathe in an otherwise pointless, insipid episodes. The writers turned ambassadors of Mumbai promote the city vigorously through saras and kumud. The city is so welcoming and embracing. Their Mumbai Darshan was delightfully entertaining and turned out to be a romantic outing. It was way better than the senseless, haphazard London roaming. They both were positively oozing an ease and naturalness, great bonding and compatibility. The new found kumud is luminous, expressive and her cheerful and vibrant personality reflects kumud of old. (Personally I don't want the insecured and vulnerable kumud and saras with imperfections in future). Samud's beautiful and strong relationship should be allowed to evolve, emerge and broaden its horizons. For, this is the crux of the matter, the bottom line and the decisive factor. By the way I have a nasty suspicion that the writers have not yet concocted a plot for the Mumbai track, hence the liberal application of the 'fillers'. The fillers concerning the Mumbai sequence serve as a welcome intermission and are very palatable indeed even without a proper setting or context, but the same can not be said about the other sequence. That is the speciality and uniqueness of our leads who allure the audience with their sizzling personality, charisma and fine chemistry. As of now the storyline for this track is very vague and indeterminate. I am still wary of our writers who let down the show and fans by either a convoluted plot (Kusum & kabir tracks) or contrived and illogical plot (chandini bazaar and London tracks). Moreover we are so accustomed to their style of writing that after every memorable samud sequence a separation track is on the cards. But it will be quite irrelevant under the current circumstances. Also the 'ajeeb' house owner may play a significant role in this track who looks appealing and appears to have a traumatised past. His attitude, intension, character are very much puzzling and his silence is intriguing. When RN portions come into play the same beloved creatives turn into ceeeveees and resort to the relentless onslaught on the audience. I (am the only one) have already exhausted myself by constantly analysing this track. The whole thing is a clear display of old, over-used hackneyed ideas, amateurish writing and also unrestrained ott behaviour of the characters. The cvs have stooped down to a new low with substandard tricks such as cockroach khoj and ghost fabrication. I don't see any immediate respite from this mindless, inept parallel track. Today's ' scene of the day ' was the balcony scene under the stars. The scene was mesmerising as well as poignant. A praise-worthy idea by cvs and wonderful lines by saras and kumud. These type of scenes reveal how adorable they are together, how deeper and committed their relationship is and also how potent their magic and chemistry are. All their interactions are shown in a light hearted manner and are simple yet authentic with real emotions in right place. Hope the same trend continues and cvs keep up their good work w.r.t samud life. It would be a real treat for the fans to get more passionate, intimate, uninhibited romance of the couple in the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Awesome bytes as usual Arshi. Especially the first few lines.
The scene under the stars was awesome. There was a lot said and unsaid. Like Saras closing his eyes in acknowledgement of Kumud's thank u.

But there was undercurrent of sadness that this episode really scared me. First instance was the first scene of the episode. Kumud's voice was loud in the absence of BG music and prophetic. About being together and all. It was actually were melancholic to me for some reason.

The next was the under the stars scene where they again talk about happiness, sadness n togetherness etc. Is this suggesting something?

Mr. Prashant was looking at Kumud's neck. Obsessed? Traumatized past? Kuch tho hai. And the most important question: How did cobwebs come in just one day. Not that genre please!!!!!

CVs, Please dont pack their scenes like this. Please intersperse them meaningfully. Create problems but be realistic. Not the cliched route of separation.

Arshi, I am am writing on IF and on your bytes after a long time...probably after the Samud wedding time..

London was soo poorly handled that I had little expectations of the Mumbai track. But I do feel they have managed to show maturity, romance and depth in the Samud sequences...some passion now will be good too ;)...though Jenam exude passion with their eyes even in simple eye lock scenes...

However if CVs dont weave an interesting story around Samud, TRPs will drop, forcing them to either bid adieu, or else to go back to crap family drama stories/rona dhona. I understand this Prashant is a new angle, but they need many more in both Mumbai and RN, to keep viewers engaged.

Btw I love your idea of a 'Saras' (pun intended) school for hubbies...I know a couple (mine and some friends') who would benefit tremendously. 😆

Again a very well written post from you Lal04. A contrast between the way RN is being written and the way Mumbai is being written.

Even in RN I enjoyed the selfie part, it was just the ghost story that was highly juvenile

That a man of kabirs intelligence and resourcefulness, one who had even Guman playing to his tune for a while, would resort to playing the ghost is ridiculous to say the least.

Maybe it's his latent childhood that's emerging now!

As for Saras and Kumud, even the dialogue writers seem to be completely clued in these days

Their banter is easy and flows so naturally, the lines about the stars and how they come closer when you are happy, Kumud reaching for the stars... All so touchingly sweet and simple

Jen has this gorgeous dimply smile that lights up her face, and I am glad cvs have decided to recreate Kumud as this happy, in love, still a bit teekhi mirchi, but no longer the cold and arrogant creature we had been getting.

As for the story, maybe as happy says, that should be the new agenda of the Samud detective agency

To look for the missing story and to track down a handful of villains to take it forward.

In the by lanes of Byculla, or behind the Bandra bandstand, hiding in hill road, somewhere there is a story to be told about Saras and about Kumud!

Strange isn't Santhi, that for the first time ever, we are seeing Saras and Kumud relaxed and happy together, a true honeymoon this is turning out to be, unlike the much touted London honeymoon - that was actually a half marathon!
And cvs ne itna Dara ke rakha hai, that the very lack of any tension has become the biggest fear factor.
Anyway, about time the story unfolds!
Btw how can anyone put up cobwebs in one night? Aisa ho sakta hai kya?

Actually problem gulabi titli aur bhootnath ke track ki hai

Kya, Inko thoda sensible track dene ka tha na,

I have not seen shrishti or ashish earlier, but this track is too juvenile, and does no justice to them

But yes, you are right, they are now integral to the show, and so CB also must include them in!

Bhale padhare! London was the most nonsensical track, badly executed and a waste of a foreign location.

Mumbai on the other hand is being handled with so much love and tenderness, lagta hai, the director and team are all Mumbai lovers!

Bheed main akele hona achcha lagta hai - we had some really lovely dialogues, if this slow pace of episodes means that the writers are taking their time over each episode and focusing on quality and not quantity, then I am all for it.

As for Saras school - every day more and more I am convinced that yeh chalega aur khoob chalega

Apne prof. SC Vyas hain hi itne kamaal ke!

But the cobwebs question came up twice from saras and definitely has some significance. I detest paranormal stuff shown on TV and hope its not that.

Me too, I am not a fan of paranormal fiction at all, I hope this is not what the cvs are planning to dabble in. Yeh Hgg aur sathi, aap dono ki bhavishyavani khatarnaak hoti hai, aur sach bhi hoti hai

I hope both of you are wrong this time!
