OK liked the hug and all, BUT
What with that ugly glove (looks very poor quality)
The hideous dress which she is going around for days now .
The mountains of layers of clothing between these two during the hug and the bench romancing.
For me it is still not satisfactory, cannot see the chemistry of SLB era.

Not many comments on the singing!

I was cringing when Kumud started to sing . Am I the add one out? [:s] I can accept this somewhat in Indian movies when the lost twin /sibling sings the family's favourite song after which the reunion happens. ( yaadon ki baarat .etc.)

However it felt odd and out of place when Kumud sang in the middle of a London street.

Agree with you on all counts Kiran ji

The dress was hideous

London at this time of the year is not so cold, and Kumud looked incongruous with her fur coat and gloves and ugly black socks, as the others around her were not dressed in winter cold

Anyway it's summertime now, and London though colder that ratnanagri I am sure, was around 15 degrees C. Attire was for subzero temperatures !

Chemistry of SLB - no, not there, but chemistry toh door ki baat, abhi toh basic comfort level bhi dikhayee nahi deta, between them, Saras and Kumud are distant and formal, like two colleagues, who work together, but really have nothing else in common.

In that situation the hug a nice tight bear hug was a giant leap for them !

Bangles, trust you to remind us about the part we were all pretending that never happened !

This was just one more illogical thing we had to brave just for that hug!

Starting last night, this whole sequence was senseless...

Kya kya na same humne sitam aap ki khatir

Nikale ga kissi roz yeh dum aap ki khatir

The episode was ok. Kumud's singing didnt work for me. But the hug was nice and their moments of togetherness under the umbrella were even better. For some reason kumud's expressions there didnt seem right. They cld have been better.
CVs, if u cant show them together in romantic way can u atleast make them fight every day on petty things and make them patch up? We are sick of this getting lost n finding thing over n over.

@Arshics
You know what I like about you ? ...That you reply to each and every individual who write on your post . I feel really nice about it ...it brings a personal touch . You are cool and unaffected by different opinions .
Though there are rumours that SC is going off ...but if it does then im going to miss your posts the most .
Rose.

@pink - only on this matter I would support the cast... When you are transported in a matter of hours from Mumbai to London, even in April/May you do feel really cold. The locals may be in Tshirts or mini-skirts because they have been through winter and this is much warmer. But for the person used to 35-40C, suddenly being in 10-15C is not a joke.

I travelled once to Chicago from Chennai in May (it's not called Windy City for nothing!) Locals in miniskirts, me went shopping for muffler - they said it was out of season, but I looked so miserable they sent someone to Storage and got me one!!!

All that said Jen's outfit was shabby and out-of-style. from top to toe. Mysteries, mysteries...

I agree. Many in the crowd were wearing jackets too. But theirs had some character. But Jen's outfit n choice of colors was horrible.
