Was watching the episode of today again, the payal that Kumud was wearing was definitely Saras' mum. No wonder Saras was so shaken up. The question is, what is Kumud up to, she wants to make this farce of a marriage work, but goes around with the payal that belongs to his mum.

but she has only one ...one is with saras ...i think payal reminded him of his moms payal as he wanted to gift her...

I am 100% sure it is his mom's. Maybe she is wearing only the one, or the pair were actually attached together, but it is THE payal.
