I am sorry but is it just me or does anyone else also dont like the music that comes on with saras and kumud?? i find it dull, boring and depressing...they should have a more modern or unique, GOOD music tune...i just cant connect the couple with this tune.

I don't know, I kind of fell in love with the background music. I think it's so mystical and magical and totally fits in with the setting, the characterization of the whole show and its characters. I think we get a lot a lot a lot of western tunes in Bollywood films and on the small screen as it is. And to be completely honest, I'm so tired of all these urban tunes because after a while they all sound the same. The soundtrack of Saraswatichandra in result, stands out to me because its so different. I find the theme song very touching. 😊

I don't know, but that's my two cents. I'm sorry you don't find the theme song as appealing as me. 😔 But thank you for laying down a platform of discussion and expressing your valuable views. 😳

Now that's a first.. so far I have only seen people raving over the music of this show and understandably so.. The title track is one of the best I have heard on Indian television in a long time..Same goes for all the bg scores used,specially the ones on Saras and Kumud - simply outstanding.

no offence but I was like what?! when I read the title.

The background music is one of the biggest assets of the show IMO and especially the parts played on Saras- Kumud. That one high note played with the violin is beautiful to say the least and gives a serene romantic feel to the scenes. I think modern wouldn't be the best idea. just my opinion.
