story so far:
saras is a guy who is very spritual and follows customs and religion as his late mother was a spiritual person. he loves his mother a lot and she committed suicide when he was younger and we don't know the reason so far. his dad remarried guman, saras's step mum, who acts as if she cares about them a lot but she along with her sister is after the money and she doesn't want saras to get married; she thinks that if saras gets married his wife and him would get all the money. he wants her own son danny to take over the business after saras's dad. when saras' dad announces his marriage on his 50th birthday, it was a surprise to saras and guman as they didn't know about this decision. saras doesn't want to get married thinking that his dad wouldn't know how to choose the perfect life partner for him but he made a promise to his mum that he would listen to his dad. but this time he doesn't want to as it's about his life partner. saras's dad, laxmi nanadan and kumud's dad VC are friends and VC mortaged his house to give money to LN when he wanted to come to mumbai.LN wants saras to get married to kumud. kumud at first didnt want to get married to saras sees just his eyes on the photo on the net but she couldn't sees his whole face. because she saw his eyes in her dreams. saras without seeing her face writes a letter to kumud saying that he can't marry her. kumud is devastated and angry at the fact that he humiliated her family thinking that he accepted the proposal and then rejected her. when their dad arranges him to talk to each other on the web cam, she doesn't show her face as she is angry at him for rejecting her without seeing her and challenges him to come to her village tell her parents directly that he can't marry her. she doesn't see his face at that time either.
