I think what we have to remember is that Jenny's online fan following increased after DMG by a lot! It was a cult youth show but she was also the third Riddhima which meant a lot of backlash came her way too. I think the only two actresses which have a higher fan following are DD and Sanaya. That is largely due to their portrayals of Geet and Khushi which were landmark love stories on television. Now who is to say Kumud won't become as big or even bigger than those two characters? Its been a month only and Kumud will have to go through a lot. Once a jodi becomes a craze so do the actors.

Though I would also like to say that there are some very bitter fans out there who probably see the potential in Kumud and the show in general to truly become 'epic' that they are resenting that SLB chose Jen and no-one else :) That's all it is.

I hope it's not true. :( I do see quite a number of her fans on I-F. They may not be very vocal about their love for her but I'm sure there are a lot of fans. I've always loved her work and appreciate every bit of hard work she's put all these year. I idolize her to some point. She's just so perfect in every way. :) And if what you're saying is true then Kumud will definitely increase her popularity. Just wait for a few months. Because I remember Sanaya started out the same way. Her fans were in minority when she was doing MJHT but Khushi made her a big star. So I have faith that Jenny's popularity will increase.

Jenny has a huge fan-following but yes they aren't among ones who go to any extent to make their fav actor/actress win every XYZ poll!! Jenny is someone who is loved in all parts of the world...how many actresses have we heard of being flooded with marriage proposals by the guys from all over the country? she is loved by males, females, kids, adults, from all age groups. Even those who don't watch any serials now recognize her as cute Sneha from KZK (I have met quite a few of them)...I am not an Indian but I know quite a lot of my friends are big fans of Jenny...but you are correct, if we talk about IF, her fans fall in the minority, at least if we are talking about crazy fans...but if you go to other sites like FB, her admirers' list is way too long...she is one of the few actresses who has so many fan pages and all have so many likes, and there are some sites I have seen wherein among BW actresses, Jenny is the only TV actress included or has a fan club!! but what makes me so proud is not only her fans love her but a lot of industry people also absolutely love her!!

Good to know that she has a great standing in other sites. I rarely visit them except the fb fanclub. Yesterday like I said something ticked me off and I vented it out, I guess you know exactly what that sth is. Today is a good day with the makaepisode in all it's glory so I'll rest the case.
