oh i saw the ticker in SC repeat now saying what colors will guman bring with her next plan 😕

am so frustrated to see evil's and negativities all the while🤢

^^not only guman but saMud are irritating me too :(
Especially saras why the hell can't he marry kumud?
He can see consequences of saying no then why keep on increasing these differences from kumud?
Pathetic man!

Thank you for your answers. But I feel SC team has to properly SHOW all this via flashbacks instead of making it just "apparent" with squabbles between the characters.

Also if Guman is such a witch and it is she and her sister who virtually control the household and now also they have seen what intentions she has and what all she is doing to hurt Kumud why the keenness (now on Dugba's part) to get her married to Saras?

Saras might be good. But we know that a girl doesn't just marry a boy it is a bond between two families and the girl has to change her family (most of the times). So why they want her to be sent to that hell? Or regret break up of that rishta?

Don't they know that a girl needs a good family also and not just a good boy to spend her life with?

Or if the keenness is there then why is Dugba so egotistic in front of Guman? Why doesn't the entire family behave well with Guman if they know she is the MIL to be for their daughter if she marries Saras and some respect between each other has to be there? Why carry on the enmity and still expect her to not bother their daughter (and Saras) if the rishta is to be there?! How do they expect SaMud to live happily after marriage if they carry enmity with Guman still and refuse to bury the hatchet with her (esp. Dugba)?
Sorry to say but even the adults' behaviour in this show is confusing!

What does Dugba think? That Saras will always be at home to take care of Kumud from Guman? Or that SaMud will leave their home and settle away from Guman if they marry?

Or is it that according to the novel the friends VC and LN promised or vowed to get their kids married once they grow up?! (Possible in that era for such silly vows to have been exchanged!)

The SC story and behaviour of characters is not unfolding as smoothly as it should. It comes like a splash with drops all over! You can keep ruminating about it as much as you want and struggle to make complete, cohesive sense of it all!

They are just showing conflicts and drama without descriptively showing viewers why people behave the way they do in this show!

U almost read my mind. These things are bothering me also. Viewers can't just assume why they are behaving like that. One more thing that is still in my head like i mentioned in some post: Why was kumud not told about Saras past and his family. U don't marry her off to a guy(with traumatic past) just like that. Lol Were they waiting for Saras to tell it? There are many weak links in the story line and some tracks make u scratch ur head! Arre yaar romance sab teek hai par story pe bhi dhyan rakho. As i said earlier i'm only watching this show for GR's acting n i would stop it the moment he leaves the show or CVs butcher his character n make it unconvincing to bear.

If they want Kumud to marry Saras then why not tell her all about his traumatic past? She deserves to know all this so that she can understand his behaviour better and also if she has to spend all her life with him, she needs to know what a complicated and fragile character he might be due to his childhood trauma.

Dugba and co. scolding her the day Saras went to the river to get her kite was foolish! Why rebuke her and ask her Yeh Tune kya kiya?! You haven't told her a thing about him then how's she expected to know all this eh?! Why expect her to behave appropriately then or make her feel guilty if the girl does not know the truth about him and issues he has?

There are several loose ends due to which story and characters' behaviour are not making sense!

Romance or poetry or symbolism and art etc. are fine but the story and characterization must make sense na!

I am also not yet totally devoted to the show. I am watching it only due to curiosity about story, SC's character as I've read what he's supposed to be (not the novel but what others tell), some good episodes and good writing plus GR's acting.

If it continues this pointless to and fro or drags without making sense of the story or keeps expecting viewers to assume things themselves or keep patience till serial progresses then it is not done. I didn't start watching it for mere romantic scenes or family tamasha. The uniqueness and intricate complexities of characters have to come out or else I'll stop watching (though till now I've watched it thrice a day with original & repeats included).

This was the first show I started watching in years, but it seems there is no hope for Indian TV except for non fiction like Savdhan India!

I badly want Kumud to burst on Saras. Not liking the silent Kumud who is silently taking Saras ignorance n rude behavior towards her.This Kumud is so new to me.Behaving like a typical TV heroine.Hope she burst on Saras.

Kumari indeed meets a boy then? Is it going to be another hackneyed track of a naadaan girl meeting some boy, doing what she should not do, then getting pregnant and then some good samaritan guy like Saras marrying her to protect her and her family from shame!

Why is Dugba so pushy when it comes to SaMud? I am glad she is trying to act as a bridge between the two. But why does she keep pushing Kumud closer to him when he has refused marriage and not yet turned his no to a yes?
Is she trying to live her own unfulfilled dreams through Kumud?

I am curious. Would she have pushed Kumud closer to someone else other than Saras even if he was equally well mannered but had refused to marry her?

Is she doing it because she realises Kumud loves him and he also has feelings for her or is she doing it because she is possessive about Saras who she brought up as a kid and whose new mother she was going to be after Saraswati's suicide? Is SaMud relation a way for her to fulfil an unfulfilled dream or get back at LN for rejecting her?

Why did she ask VC to send Kumud with Saras to see the land instead of himself going with him in precap?

I do not understand why any respectable family push their girl close to a guy who has refused to marry her (even if he is ideal)?

That too in this conservative setup of Ratnanagri village.

It was better to see story move forward. But still show is dragging way too much. The symbolisms and romantic scenes are nice but one watches a serial for story! Not just same romantic moments in different ways in every episode!
