I think, the accident is for Naina to understand that how much Daksh is sincere, dedicated, concerned about her and that gives an admiration towards him. Then both love each other silently as Naina knows there is a girl in him mind and does not know that girl is herself. But she cannot stop herself from loving him. By the entry of NRI, when Naina behave closely to him, Daksh will jealouse at the same time upset and he shows the angry face to Naina. When Naina feels the ignorance from Daksh she will be upset and try to speak with Daksh and from his attitude she will understand that he loves her. How will be if the track will go like this.
