rachna is not that much immature

Rachna's behaviour is looking little childish these days But I think rachna is handling the relation very maturely

LOL! Rachana not reacting has nothing to do with maturity.

She isn't reacting because she is too deep "in the feeling of love" trust me, even if KT yells at her, she'd still be in her dreamy state of mind, because she is in love! To her, KT's yelling sounds as a sweet song lol, literally!! I can relate, as my personality and my emotional personality is a lot like Rachana's. :)

And if you are the emotional type, then you too wldnt react to it. Those who wld react, they aren't as invested in it, so emotionally to be blinded :)

KT has to literally call it "quits" to wake her up!

This is like, digging your own grave. All she is seeing is her love for KT. Nothing else is visible to her.

That's not called maturity, that's called foolishness, because you are unable to see what your partner is trying to say, or telling you to work on. This, almost is like a heads up, to buckle up..soon..

It's true she knows and understands KT, but she is not able to give his request to focus, the respect KT is expecting. It's not her fault, just her personality.. But, it's true, if she doesn't wake up from it soon, or on time, then she's in for trouble!

Sure! But see, there is always a time and place for things. When you are at a professional work place, you can't be proclaiming your love to your 'boss' in presence of other employees. No one is stupid, everyone is going to figure it out soon, especially when its an one room area.

Thats why being in love is called.. you got "HIT" by the love bug 😆 that attacks your common sense and maturity, and logical reasoning side of the brain! lol. 😆

KT isn't against her showing affection/love.. but all he is trying to say is, when its work time, work... when its fun time, then have fun!

She should know her priorities better, and be professional about her work.

For KT, work comes first, and he doesn't want to fall behind on anything.. he is professional when it comes to that. He too has a heart, when he gets mad at her, he realizes he had been harsh. so he apologizes, and makes it up to her.

KT too, is in that love mode, but not when you have deadlines to meet, and projects to complete.

Rachana, isn't understanding that. Which is why, all this is happening. If she is intelligent, and understands KT then she shld know whats imp. to him.

She gives him the benefit of the doubt, when he gets mad at her, by saying.. he is stressed out over work. but thats not fully true.. Rachana is his assistant! and he needs her to work at par with him. if she isn't going to take the seat along with him, accordingly.. then his work ultimate is going to suffer. he is just afraid about that.

But Rachana does not seem to get it.

Sure, be persistent about showing your love to him.. but NOT at a workplace girl! who does that? that too, to your boss?! come on now.. even if you are dating him.. no professional, does that!

After work hours, they can go out, eat dinner etc etc.. or he can come over.. she can go to their place, invited by dadi (to be safe).. he can plan a romantic dinner date.. etc etc... he if cld get her to come to a place where he was gonna propose to her.. then he can very well, sweep her off her feet, when necessary.. by sending her a car.. to be picked up again.. etc etc.

Love is creative!! you can do all that, everything, later.. when you are not working.. talk on phone. text.. soo many options! they are even neighbors.. makes it soo much easier! but nooo...

btw, have u seen her working at all? all she does is daydream.. sure she works, when she is told to work by KT. but when KT talks to her again.. she gets daydreaming again..sigh... SMH.

No no, you were not wrong :) I understood what you were meaning to say. You mean to say that, effort is necessary to show you love each other, which is what Rachana is doing :) I agree.. However, it's just timing and spot is the issue where the effort is being shown lol! That's all :)

And yes, I agree, even KT was daydreaming before. But at that time when KT was doing it, it was because he was feeling insecure, and irritated thinking Rachana had another admirer and she can't be his.

But now, since both have professed their love to each other, neither is running away 😆 so, it's okay to hold off on the love proclamation till after work period is over.

Before KT was disturbed, so he cldnt concentrate, but right now he knows Rachana is his, so he is working with full energy :D whereas Rachana is shown to be a daydreamer at a workplace, prob the cvs think that's how 18 year olds act.

But I disagree. If a person holds professional work ethics, regardless of age, when it's time to work, they will work only. When it's time to play, they will play.

Age has nothing to go with it. This is what I have to say to cvs.

All KT needs to do now is give her some respectful attention. I don't support the way he is treating her at the workplace. Before even he wasn't so harsh. She is doing all that to draw attention, but it's back firing.. If only KT gave her proper acknowledgement and respect, then maybe she might calm down lol. But at the same time, he can't show special treatment to her over other, since it's a workplace. It might look bad on him professionally. Ohh.. Both needs to sit down, talk and understand the needs of each other!! Lol. Smh. You are right! Both need to change! 😛 😆
