In hindu marriages, in some regions, the father in law washes the son in law's feet. He is doing kanyadaan after this ritual. Why Shail is making faces and everyone is stunned? Actually it is Dayal who has to do the honours because officially he and Shail are going to do Kanyadan. Did the mausi forget that fact so soon?

If they wanted a marriage without basic rituals, why to call panditji in the first place and spend so much money?

I think the family is upset with Seema's and Mausi's demands because they want their cake and eat it too. If Akash was forbidden to do rituals because he is a widower, then he should not have been asked to wash Mayank's feet.

The teen chudails are forgetting the fact that Shail is the oldest DIL of the family before she is a Mausi to Gunjan. They need an official reminder from the men of the house about it

And Mayank gave it back to the witches well and good. That is why I am telling that Mayank has matured. He now knows how to handle tricky situations.

I like how Mayank handle this situation really well. I am so proud of Mayank and I think he has learn from his mistakes👏. i hope he will always back Gunjan up now that the will be husband and wife.
