Why is everyone saying Maayank is jobless?

I mean yes you can say he is jobless and it is true, but why the heck is everyone pointing that out as a bad quality? He had a job, it's just the false accusation if Chaaru about the dowry that made him lose it. It's not like he was capable of getting a job, he had one, but his wife Chaaru that everyone keeps complaining he didnt respect her enough made him lose the job.

People also keep saying he couldn't save his marriage. Seriously Guys? In the beginning of the wedding he was a little pissed off and any normal person would be angry. Then he slowly started to realize Chaaru's evil nature and why would anyone want to compromise with a girl like that? Who wouldn't want to divorce her??

I've just read multiple post where people keep complaining about these two
Aspects so I wanted to make it clear it's not his fault on neither of those.

Because he is Jobless!

Nobody said being Jobless is a bad thing. But being Jobless is just an addition to his various other qualities which makes me believe he is NOT fit for Gunjan.
Ghar & baaki cheeze Sirf pyaar se Nahi chalti. The Jobless reference is given keeping in mind Akash's words yesterday. Many people criticized Akash yesterday by saying Jobless hai toh kya hua, Mayank Loves Gunjan.

What is Gunjan going to do of that love? Eat it when she is hungry?
Aakash is absolutely right at his place when he says he can't marry off his daughter to a Jobless Guy. Nothing wrong in it, he's being absolutely practical.

Mayank has never been shown as an ambitious guy, willing to work & move ahead in his career.
Even Rajeev quit his Job. Did he decide to sit Jobless at home? Nope. He immediately decided to open a cafe & venture into business. Can't Mayank do the same? Granted, he lost his previous job because of dowry accusation, couldn't he join gargs family business? (They have a garment shop I guess) or try to something on his own? Atleast to prove to Gunjan's dad that he is trying to work on his Joblessness?

Gunjan's father knows Mayank has major trust issues & top of that, he is not even financially secure which I guess is the biggest fear of a daughter's dad so can you blame Akash & us for calling Mayank Jobless, especially when he hopes to be with Gunjan & marry her?

Regarding the second point, I have never said about Mayank not being able to save his marriage. A part of me does sympathize with him for bearing a wife like Charu & hence I never bring that point up so I guess I don't need to explain it as well.

I have to reply to this!! sailormoon i have also seem so many topics and its all about complaining and bashing Mayank. Lets say he is jobless then what about Vihaan or Rajeev cause same to goes to them too. Vihaan is student so how could have he supported Rachna or Gunjan that he wanted to marry at that time.. Or Rajiv, he doesnt have a job too n said he is gona open up a canteen near college and im sure you all know how much one makes there.. Ps. Its not a good idea to get financially support from their parents cause their parents is rich. Coming to Mayank he has the qualifications and he also had a job but he lost his job and cause of CHaruu. So plz stop blaming Mayank.. I see so many posts and frasturation regarding mayank gunjan reunoin..

Ermmm & where in my post anywhere did I say that Vihaan is a working guy completely able of supporting Gunjan/Rachna anywhere? Did I anywhere say that? Atleast reply to the Point.
I am always 1 of those people who is against the Gargs ideology of marrying off the girls at such young age. I never supported nor MayAn would be marriage nor ViNa's niether Aditya-Gunjan.
I always scream in my posts, that I want more teenage stuff, more college scenes, bindaas girls not bahus managing chulha chowka of the house. I am totally against Gunjan & Rachna's age marriage at such young age.

Vihaan is the biggest loafer on earth & I won't hesitate to say that. Mayank is no less.
Rajeev atleast earns his own livelihood & is capable of handling a wife on his earnings. & are you kidding me? A cafe near a college! It can't get better & is like a great business plan & whatever, atleast he will be better off than Mayank & Vihaan.

Well I don't even understand why are we comparing them?
I was just bringing out the contrast between the guys & the way they handle the same kind of crises, independently.

Mayank is Jobless & needs to prove himself. For me he's not worth Gunjan.

I stopped replying to post on this forum only because i didn't want to be called a mayan basher and a mayan hater😛 that's what we non mayan supporter are defined as😳 But i will reply to this one.

Mayank being jobless is not a problem to me at all. But a big BUT i want to know if he and Gunjan is gonna eat, wear, and build their future on strictly love without a job and no money. Which father will want their daughter to marry to a jobless man that too a divorcee who is not even properly divorce yet.

Sorry but i will not want to marry to a jobless man who have insulted me time and again and on top of that tries to commit suicide whenever i say no to him. I personally does not want Gunjan to marry Mayank because no one can guarantied me that Mayank will not revert to being the high school kid with no respect for Gunjan and always blaming everyone other than him self when things don't go his way. Mayan was still is and always will be over for me. Nothing can make me go back to liking this pair.🤢

As for the Charu bit no comments on that. I always said that Mayank should divorce Charu because of the person she is.

I just want to re-inforce the point made by fellow posters that Gunjan cannot live on love. No father in his right senses will happily marry off his daughter to a man that is still married to another woman, a man that is currently jobless {whether it is his fault or not}, a man who had already publicly insulted and broken off the engagement with his daughter.

Mayank have learn a lesson I think Mayank will only go up from here. I know he loves Gunjan and will work hard to take care of her. I will not compare Mayank with the brother here is why from the time Mayank marry Charu the boy life have been hell one thing after another. He will support Gunjan he already show that with the whole Vihaan thing and when it comes to love he loves Gunjan alot. I want Mayank and Gunjan to be happy.
