Chirpy RoopalTyagi has a number of reasons to celebrate at the moment. Not only was her show SapneSuhaneLadakpanKe on top of the TRP charts in week six of 2013, the show also recently completed its double century. Roopal, who shot to fame with her character of Gunjan in the show, is on cloud nine with the success of the show.
Describing herself, she says, "I am a very fun-loving person. I am an extrovert and love to live my life. I always speak my mind, which sometimes works against me. I can never be politically correct; I don't know how to do that."
As many TV actors are now making the big move and doing Bollywood films, does Roopal also have plans to make a move to the big screen, given the fact that she has been a part of movies behind the cameras (she was an assistant choreographer before she became an actor)? She laughs and replies, "I don't think I'm fit to do any YRF films, they are way out of my league. But there are many other films now which are based on real characters or real stories. There is a wide variety for audiences now. But I am not mentally prepared for movies right now."
