I am disappointed that this serial gives such a wrong message about relationships.
Mayank for one does not think it important to sit and discuss his feelings with Charu (no matter what type of person she is). She is part of his relationship and he owes her an explanation. Does he respect Gunjan? I dont think he does. Why threaten her with suicide. Listen to what she wants too.
And Rachna, is she aware that she already has been 'chosen' for a groom. Does she not respect that relationship. Instead she is now crazy about Rajeev.
Would not want my younger siblings to think its OK to jump in and out of relationships without considering the other persons feelings.

That s the trend now a days. You dont think twice just get in and come out of relationships. I hope that atleast the girls realize their mistakes. I dont believe falling in love with someone who is not your betrothed is wrong but you need to be ready to face the consequences. You need to man up and confess to the other person but strangely no one is bothered 😕. Good post.

I agree with Vibha. Falling in love is never planned, so can't really blame them, but like she said, they need to stand up for themselves and the ones they love!

I was thinking the same thing. How could Rachna totally forget she is engaged to be married to someone else???!! And Chayya encouraging her too!!! I understand the confession after Rajiv got her out of the pit. Her fear could have made her do that but the letter... how could she just go ahead n write a letter not even once thinking about her status as a fiancee?

Well for rachana i can say its ok to feel like that.. First of all her age.. The age phase is very critical and its teenage phase.. Where kids to make mistakes very often cuz they dont realise what they r doing is right or wrong.. Only they thinks its right. Second thing is that she never really seen her fiance's pic or met its like worst than arrange marriage.. Where the boy doesnt even know that he is engaged and the girl never even seen him.. So i can say somewhere its parents too are involved

I agree with you! This show is giving some really wrong messages to its viewers!

Mayank fell in love with Gunjun, yet did not have the guts to accept his love in front of his family, so he took the easy way out and decided to elope leaving his Aunt, who supported him in hot water! At this point, I feel he should get married to Charu! In Gunjun and Mayank's alliance I don't see the loss for anyone else more than Charu! Indian society, and especially the one they are apart of are so backwards! What will happen to Charu if her marriage breaks at this point? Mayank should have told his family a long time ago, not just a week or two before the wedding! That is irresponsible and stupid to say the least. If he has to get married to Charu now, because his family is forcing him to do so, then I will not feel any remorse for him because he did this to himself. As for Gunjun, if the guy can't accept your love in front of his family, how do you expect him to support you in life toughest times?

Rachna, is just crazy! She doesn't even remember the fact that she is someone else fiance or whatever! That thought has not even crossed her mind! Which is just so sad and wrong on so many levels! I don't know what the CV's are thinking!

@: Ginni: I agree with you that they are teenagers and do not realise right and wrong. At this age, it is natural to fall in love or have a crush on someone and Rachna was caught in the middle of love for Rajeev and jealously over Anuska's flirting. I am not saying that she was correct in what she did, but she is a teenager who has fallen in love for the first time. The poor girl is not going to be thinking about a guy she has never met before!!!!!

@Princessonline: I agree with you. Mayank is not mature to be anybody's husband. He is just a weak person who is old enough to realise the consequences of his foolish behaviour. I certainly hope that he is forced to marry Chaaru and Gunjan moves on as well. I don't know how anyone could be with someone who would choose to die than tell his family that he loves them.

Haha, love the way you put it! He is such a coward he is willing to give his life instead of accepting that he loved Gunjan. Some sort of a man he is! I really do hope he is forced to marry Charu so Gunjan can be with Vihan or someone else who has the courage to accept their love. Plus, he made Gunjan look horrible in front of his family. He barely defended her.
