It was really sweet of Rajeev not to reveal the truth about her taking care of him while he was ill .He protected her privacy and did not embarass her .He did not confront her about this when he bumped into her and held her. Hopefully he has feelings for Rachana and will take it ahead in the picnic where he gets to spend time with her.Hope she does not ruin it
