I think it was Naveen who got the police cars to passby with the sirens on as he had said it earlier that he will not let the marriage happen.

In the end Naveen and Avni exchanged meaningful glances towards each other and smiled.

What do u think? was it Naveen or just a coincidence.

At first I thought it was a coincidence, but when they exchanged glances and smiled, thats what I felt too. And he must have conviniently 'forgotten' abt the photographer being there too, hoping that wud stop the marriage.
