I have not been able to understand as to why Alekh was kept in outhouse tied with ropes earlier. Nothing has changed now and he is living in the house and everyone is taking care of him. They would have kept him inside the house earlier also. What was the need to lie to Ranveer/Rajvansh family that he was being treated in a hospital abroad.

I'm not sure abt that either. Maybe because since he's mental, she wanted to keep him hidden from the world. Or maybe they cudnt have kept him at home earlier cuz they didnt want anyone to know that the Rajvansh's older son was mental. Cuz b4 what happened at the party, no one was aware of that. And so they cudnt have kept him in the house becuz ppl would see him walking around the house and understand his condition. So possibly to hide it from the entire town they kept him in the outhouse.

It appears that still people knew about his condition. Remember at the party where Sadhna goes to the outhouse, some lady was talking that Vasu asked for her daughter's hand for her(Vasu's)older son and the lady refused. Also how did that lady who told mamaji came to know about Alekh being sick.

I think creatives forgot about this aspect while creating the twist.

I guess they just wanted to build up the mystery surrounding the outhouse, and they got Ranvir to bring him inside the house.

I think those ppl in the party were saying that they refused due to the fact that Vasu refused to show Alekh to anyone. And Sudha might have learnt abt Alekh cuz of the party where everything was revealed.

But as u said still some things dont make sense, I guess like Pinks said.. they wanted to build up the suspense regd him.

that was b'coz vasu didnt want the ouside world to know that her son was ill ... she didnt want ppl to make fun of aalkeh's condition ... i guess

yes he was in the outhouse because she wanted to keep him away from all
but i dont think they always kept him tied...she did this on purpose that day to trap sadi
