Ahh, it seems our hopes of Bidaai season 2 have stagnated/died. Any news..? Would love to see awesome foursome together again.
I felt very nostalgic so decided to watch old Bidaai clips on youtube. And the first clip I went to... like a fool I re-watched Sadhana's funneral... Was such a powerful, beautiful yet heart wrenching performance by Parul. And yes, all the old emotions returned and I cried like a baby.
Bidaai was such a ground breaking serial. The portrayal of love, in various capacities, was shown so beautifully- whether that was the relationship between sisters, devar-bhabi, mama-bhanji or husband-wife.
I really miss the cast of Bidaai mezmerising us with their acting, as well as their chemistry both on and off screen. Time has moved on, most of the actors have moved on to new shows etc yet we still wait in anticipation...maybe, just maybe, one day...
My reason for starting this topic?
1. To reiterate that Bidaai is still sorely missed.
2. To appreciate and reignite the passion for a show which was truly worthy.
3. To ressurect hope.
4. But mostly, I want us to recall our most memorable moments of this brilliant show that entertained us thoroughly for so long. If I asked each and every one of you, 'what's the first moment/scene that comes to mind when I say Bidaai', what would you say?? I know it's difficult as we were constantly treated to an array to beautiful moments... but after feeling so nostalgic myself, I thought about Sadhana's funneral and watched it again...
Would love to know people's thoughts and hopefully we'll all be able to reminisce 😊 xxx
