In today's SBS, Rajan Shahi finally says that the story (of Bidaai) ended a little bit earlier. Yes, that's right. It ended when you all decided to kill off two of the most important characters on Bidaai.

Even though I don't watch Bidaai any longer, it was still so difficult to watch SBS and see everyone say goodbye to one another. Bidaai was my first ever indian show and it is something that I'll always hold dear because it gave me so many beautiful relationships before the silly leap.

I'm glad RS has come down off of the high horse long enough to admit that.

Edit:

I've been told (rather rudely) that RS did not say that. I think I just got excited when I thought I heard him saying it. Himani and Mehwish, if you guys watch it again, let me know exactly what RS said, please. Thanks.

Rahm- Bidaai was my first Indian serial too. Before this, I watched a couple of Pakistani dramas...but those were superb and lasted 2-3 months. I always stayed away from Indian serials because I thought they were too dramatic, slow, silly, and repetitive...

Old Bidaai proved me wrong. I'll always miss old Bidaai. It has impacted the way I view Indian serials and also made it difficult for me to get attached to any future serials/jodis.

Glad RS admitted at least that much. The magic of old Bidaai...lol...I still watch those old episodes and lose it.

I know, yaar, I was in tears regardless of how much I dislike the storyline of Bidaai now there was a time when it was my favorite show and it was sad to see it being pulled off air, but at the same time I felt a bit of relief as well. I went through quite a few emotions, but now I'm looking forward to seeing Parul, Angad, Sara and Kinshuk on screen again (hopefully together).

Yeah, RS was talking about how he shot the last shot of the show and he said that the show ended a little while ago so I'm glad that WE are finally get acknowledged. He ruined a show that we loved with nonsense and I'll never forgive him for that. He deserved this for sure.

I know a little something about saying goodbyes and leaving behind people you love...so it was a bit difficult seeing that. They all really love each other...still wish so badly that Sara was there...loved the clips they showed of her fighting Kinny and putting a banana peel on Angu's shoulder...🤣

Parul and Angad looked so beautiful...the last shot left me with a lump in my throat...it was prety poignant...but it was glaringly obvious what was missing.........

Yes, old Bidaai was amazing. I'll never forget Parul's performance when her parents were being insulted at her first wedding and she breaks it off or Sara's performance when Mamaji throws her suitcase out of the house after she married Aalekh and she had to gather her stuff or Aalekh when he got on his knees and asked a woman he was scared of for his brother's happiness or Kinshuk's when he came into Ragini's engagement with proof and was so heart broken to see her almost being engaged to someone else.

*sigh*

I still watch old episodes too. I miss the old Bidaai. I won't miss this one.

Definitely sucks that Sara wasn't there. Damn Bigg Boss. The foursome love each other a lot. It has always been quite evident. Those old SBS stuff were cute. They showed stuff that they didn't show before minus the banana peel. I saw that fight of Kinny and Sara, but they didn't show all that they showed today.

I'll probably watch tomorrow's episode.. at least Kinshuk and Parul's part anyways.

Exactly....I feel the same way 100%.

I'll never forget the way Sadhna broke down after Alekh confronted her about the divorce papers and left. I'll never forget the way Sadhna holds onto her doll and cries herself to sleep on her first night in the Rajvansh house. I'll never forget the way Ragini tells Mamiji that she tries so hard to forget Ranvir, "magar dil nahin maanta"...or the way Ranvir has his breakdown in front of Salekh and Choti Maa after he and Ragini agree to forget each other... I'll never forget the Sagini reunions when Ragini tells Sadhna "nahin hoon main tere pyaar ke layak..."...or the Salekh reunion which.....stole my heart... will never forget the way my WHOLE family watched the RagVir marriage together...won't forget the way I didn't sleep the entire weekend before the Salekh SR...😆😭
