Sadhna tum???

In today's episode, when alekh was about to get crashed by a car and a girl helps him , he sees her and says Sadhna???????????? but when we see her face, will her eye, she is definately not sadhna or Sara for that matter...

wait, there is still chance , even if the new person comes...may be she is a grey character and Sara Khan will be introduced to save Alekh from this new character

i think he will start thinking she is sadhna and later sara will be introduced to save him because it does seem like she is indeed coming back.
