Exactly, kids don't understand, but adults understand, what the media what show in the cartoons, etc, which effects it in that way.........
I am not going in any circle, but telling something which is a fact........

yeah but a fairy is just like ..Santa claus..he-man,mowgli..shaktimaan😆
children always grow out of it...
its tht wonder and belief in magic and fantastic things and an unfettered imagination tht makes childhood wonderful..why take tht away from them...

This comparing doesn't have anything in common at all, coz Santa Claus doesn't exist, while fairy exist,........
I wonder why they show such foolish things most of the time 🤪

You saw a fairy Temorocks? .... where was it? ...

Now if its all about your beliefs ... then its a different matter ... because when it comes to beliefs perhaps many people might just believe many things.

Fairy = Pari
Angel = Farishta

@Ice-Thinker: Fairy is not a pari, check a dictionary, I think both pari and farishta are mening of angel in India..............
Beside this, pari is a persian word which means angel, not fairy........

It's much like the one in Ala Aldeen, but I hope they mean a good one, coz fairy have both good and bad too, especially the last one whom they mostly known for..........

@Temorocks:

Accha yeh sahi rahega ... I'll get to learn Persian now ... While my Grandparents were Dari (an Afghan dialect of Persian) speaking people ...

PARI = FAIRY ...

Pari is a beautiful, illusive, pure and angelic ORB. Its sometimes used in poetries and stories ... it is different than an Angel.

I dont really need to check the dictionary for it.

Farishte = Angel ... and this is very persian.

But still ... so that no doubts remain... I just searched in google for a reference link:

Pari:

http://www.babynamebox.com/p/Pari.html

And it says "Fairy eagle" ... there is no eagle ... because it should be just plain FAIRY.

@Ice-Thinker: Persian belongs from Iran, not Afghanistan, in Afghanistan, they call it dari there, not farsi, as they have same language, but some different in some words, as it's in Pakistan and India, between Urdu and Hindi........
Ask Iranian people, they will tell you that pari means angel, not fairy..........
Fairy eagle and fairy are not the same at all, check a dictionary,, not even a pari has any connection with it........
