And another thing, Apoorva's character is not that selfless. He himself said he wanted Ranvir's life. That's a self fulfilling motive so it's not like he's there taking insults and what not for nothing. This is the life he wanted! He's doing favors for Ragini and the family, yes. He's dealing with insults, yes, but this is HIS doing. He wanted Ranvir's life. That was made clear today and from the preview.

The questions that Vasu put yesterday in front of Ragini about Anmol actually helped Ragini to realise the worth of Anmol. More than that, I'ld say Ragini was already aware of Anmol's contributions but she was hesitant to accept his goodness in front of everyone and also to herself. But Vasu's taunts and questions are making Ragini strong and confident. I think she should be able to now give Anmol all that he deserves.

Ragini does not love Anmol. She cares for him like you would for a friend or anybody who lives with you for a while, and here Anmol and Ragini have been living together for SIX years--that's longer than she knew Ranvir.Anmol has done a lot for her family and her daughters, especially. He has become a father for Tammy, and somewhat likea father figure for Khushi. He goes around doing things for everyone's happiness--for her family. He is married to her, yet respects her and her love for Ranvir. She is eternally grateful to him and cannot see anyone insult him and his sacrifices for her and her family, just like she could not see Vasu and Kaushi insult Sadhna even though she did not do anything about it. There is still a while to go before she falls for Anmol, which going by this DT's record and countless shows I've watched, is bound to happen. Today's flashback dialogues were an indication of it, despite their light-heartedness.

This is what I think happened. The flashback withRanvir-Anmolis before Sadhna's death and during Ragini + Sadhna's pregnancy. Anmol won the challenge and asked for Ranvir's life ( he wanted a life like Ranvir's with a loving wife, and a loving family). Ranvir refused. Ranvir becomes terminally ill and needs someone to look after Ragini and RV family, remembers Anmol, and decides that Anmol will takeover the responsibilty of RV family.
