I haven't seen the episode, but from what I read here that Anand is after Ragini. If my understanding is not wrong, Anand's character is not of an obsessive lover, rather he is here to achieve a mission against the entire Rajvansh clan. And I base it on the fact that he had the family photo of the Rajvanshs in his wallet. The maximum probability is he is Indrajeet's son, who has come to give answers for all his sufferings or something like that...may be his mother is not alive anymore, and after his mother passed away, he came to Agra to settle "mental" accounts with the Rajvanshs...
He is playing a "one to one" game...he first tried to bring forth in front of Alekh, Vasu;s fake illness and then again her "KN" issue, thus alienating Vasu and Alekh more...with Vasu being forced to say such strong words against Sadhna in the temple, things do not look to settle so easily between Alekh and Vasu...
Next, he is approaching towards Ranveer-Ragini, and is somehow trying to trouble their relationship. It seems his next target among the Rajvanshs is Ranveer-Ragini...he knows that Ranveer and Ragini share a very close relationship, and what better way to trouble Ranveer than by troubling Ragini....
Pretty sure after causing trouble to them, he will again find his next target of the Rajvansh...In stead of creating a havoc at one time for everyone, he is slowly and steadily playing his game against one at a time...
