This whole case thing was handled in an unbelievably illogical and puerile manner by the CTs.
The whole issue of Sadhna's testimony and her dilema was overblown.
Nishtha who is supposedly an upholder of Truth.....her chief witness lied,didn't he say that they were asking Sadhna for directions and Ranvir beat them up,doesn't that automatically make Sadhna a liar when she says she was teased.
DS,Ranvir 's lawyer was the most inept lawyer I have ever seen.
He didn't cross examine Chander ..the guy would have broken under serious cross examination.
Forget about Chander did we see Ranvir's testimony?
Isn't he the defendant? he would have obviously confessed and here wouldn't have been this hulabaloo.
Leaving all that apart this wasn't a case of Attempted murder,this was a case of assault.Ranvir didn't plan to kill the guy,he didn't have a motive.he took the. guy to the hospital.

He could have plead temporary insanity,there is a precedence for it .
But then the Creatives are hell bent on breaking up SAGINI.

and i dnt get it like all were saying the goon was unconscious, when? when they first exectured the scene the goon was in the pool and was trying to come out and thats when ranvir hit the goon and in sadhna's gawahi to the lwayer everything was twisted (blooper).

and also i think sadhna shud've spoke up when she was asked to say yes or no no she shud've tried to explain her point and i dnt think the judge wud have stopped her infact he wud have let the witness make her point !
and also at time in the court the lawyers weren't saying objection you honour etc lolz whn they wanted to make their point but they were just butting into each other's arguments lolzz 😆

And the fact is that Ranvir did beat that goon when he was unconscious, which is why he is suffering for his mistake.

Sadhna's character is based on a foundation of the truth. If she lied, it wouldn't make sense due to the other situations her character has gone through.

The Rajvanshs and Sharmas (excluding Mamaji & Ranvir) think that Sadi was wrong to tell the truth. I personally don't think that she was wrong, at all.

If Sadi lied, Ranvir would feel guilty throughout his life, knowing his character. He wouldnt be able to live with the guilt.

I do not support lies and I probably will never support them because the truth is golden. 😊

Well zee di i agree with you...if i were in sadhna's place i wouldn't be able to lie. It's not because i didnt wanna save my loved one...actually i wud do anything to save my loved one, even tell a lie, but guys u have to see that sadhna is a religious person & she had to take the vow of Geeta. I am being too religious here but look at it...if you have that srtong faith in your religion or sumthing, you wouldn't dare to take a fake or false vow of dat religious thing. Yes she did lie back ago about alekh and other stuff, but that time she didn't have to touch the Geeta or anything or take a vow of it. That is something that nobody is noticing. Now you can't say it's sadhna's fault that she is religious, can you? So what she did is perfectly justified. Rajwansh house should understand that if sadhna had lied after vowing upon her religion, it wouldn't be rajwansh house that would be answering God after all lol.

lol Its not my own fact but its what i've seen, and i am talking about the first scene of the incident.

As for sadhna's character i understand and wasn't asking her to lie at all and what i've stated in the earlier post, i didn't find anything harm in it.

I also understand that lies doesn't have a long life they somehow come to the forefront anyway and the statement I've given i didn't found any lies in it and it was just my POV and what would've been better!

Everything was overblown lol..but anyways whatever has happened has happened, let be it!

This track had many loopholes.The main aim of the CT's was to create a rift no matter what.That DS acted like a child having a temper tantrum.How long are we going to tolerate him and his mannerisms and his pathetic logic.

As for PP as Smita(ishtar said)Sach ki devi but never once doubted Chander when he mentioned his cock'n'bull story and how it didn't match with Sadhana's version.But still instead of grilling him we saw her mouthing those moral dialogues(why is everyone so free with that,huh?) and communicating with the defendant's family.Too fake to be even able to connect.
