About stupid storylines yes in the last couple pf years the storylines of Ekta's shows(Kyunki, Kahaani, Kasauti) wer not good. But they started with terrific storylines. Kyunki, kahaani especially fhad had a gr8 storyline for 3-4 years.

Moreover all shows end up showin bizarre things. If they dont show dramatic things how will shows run. This has also happened in case of bidai. Vasu wanted to prove apoint and satisfy her ego by getting Alekh(who is not normal ) married to sadhna. Sadhna on the other hand made a deal with vasu dat ranvir wud marry ragini. Plus there is every possiblity that Ranvir cud me Choti ma's son,....(All this within 2years of the show starting)

I am not saying dat bidai is bad. But dont make RS shows the synonym of good n ekta shows a synonym of bad...... Neither of them deserve these titles.

Its true that Ekta was the first to rock the television industry, but if you read my earlier post, I wrote its not Rajanji who dethroned Ekta, its Ekta's overconfidence that led to this. Rajanji, if he walks Ekta way, he will also suffer. Ekta thought whatever perversions, she shows, people would accept . And there are people who like perversions and for them Ekta is Goddess. Till now, Rajanji never showed something in his serial, which one feels ashamed to sit and watch with family members. But there are numerous instances of these in Ekta's shows. She did a mythology show of our greatest epic, where the way she dressed few female characters, one would feel ashamed to see those. But you are right, Rajanji has yet to go a long way. But the class and creativity he showed as a director even in a serial like Jassi jaise koi nahin is worth praising...

Ekta did manipulate SP for a long time, there was a time when all awards used to go to Balaji Telefilms and Angad Hasija of Biddai, despite being probably the best did not win the newcomer award for that year.

There is a proverb that morning shows the day-- at least Rajanji hopefully would not walk the Ekta way and should learn lessons that viewers should not be taken for granted. Till now, watching Rjanji's work, and the way he has maintained that, we expect that he will not walk Ekta way.

Our main problem is we blindly follow any trash, and we dont appreciate a good piece of work. Some people in this post have commented bad about Bidaai, may be they are Ekta fans. Its not a problem being an Ekta fan, but one should not give Ekta the status of a Goddess. She got appreciation as long as she deserved and as long as there was not an answer to the trash she showed. Ekta had manipulated SP the maximum, and now that SP has got an answer to Ekta in the name of Rajan Shahi, SP is just repaying back. But now also, if Ekta does a good show, people will appreciate.She started with a new flavour the story line of the film Saudagar in one of her ongoing serials, but you need to watch it to see what trash it has become now, from a simple love story it has turned into a saas-bahu drama. I think Ekta even dreams of saas-bahu, she is so very obsessed with the concept.

u know ekta had a good shows...liek bfore very old shows like kundali and KSKS it air like 3 or2 years een kavita those shows were best ..it wasnt boring at all like she ..getting popual than ..u know..her shows air liek 6 , 7 years ppl of course wi get bored naa if she dont chose that row...she wil not in this condition

i actually like both ekta & RS...cuz ekta has given us a lot of gems as stars who i m a big fan of like ram,prachi,harshad,additi,tina,manoj & obsessive jodis & RS gave us our awesome 4some & naittu-akshi & simple stories which r told in beautiful ways...

but trps...i can surely say tht these trps r not gonna stop any of us from watching our fav shows...so i dnt care bout them da most...

but i do agree wid sum ppl here tht kyunkii didnt have tht much competition as bidaai does...hence kyunkii had highers chanes of getting higher trps...now u cant even find a single channel which havent put the best show on 9pm to compete wid bidaai...but still in overall bidaai has been the toppest 9pm show...
