Ok, so I am thinking that Ranvir's secret is health related. Maybe he has cancer or he is dying or something. And the girl that they always show him with is his doctor.
Also I think that Shlok has figured out told Sadhna what Alekh is up to and now they are trying to make Alekh jealous or make him realize what he is trying to do is wrong !
