Kaushaliya's Possible Motives

Ive been watching re-runs on Youtube (yeah I know! hate the weekends, no Bidaai!) and Ive thought of a possible reason for the lovely and kind hearted and sweet and motherly Kaushi's wonderful manners and behaviour of late. I thought that she has been exhibiting such venom and manipulative behaviour, and rejecting Sadhna so clearly and with contempt, she has decided something. She has decided that her daughter will rule the Rajvansh family, get all that the money power and status that she herself, (married to a poor writer, middle class background) never got.

I think shes decided that she needs Ragini to replace Sadhna, not just be her equal, and if she can manipulate and emotionally torture Sadhna into moving away herself, thats the best way to push Ragini into the front of the Rajvansh clan. Ragini has a loving husband who is the real heir to the family business, Naveen is sidelined and Alekh is as Mami so sweetly put it, pagal. She thinks that her daughter should set herself up and soon. Why else is she going to Vasu's house to bitch about Vasu to Vasu's bahu? If she isnt trying to set Ragini up against Vasu, why would she disobey her own husband, Ragini's father, to tattle like this?

Also, I dont agree that its any of HER business whether there is any reception, she might be hurt or upset, but she doent get to come to her daughter's new house to make her daughter feel like crap. Its because Sadhna, the girl shes so busy hurting, had a big reception and Ragini didnt, its not because she wants Ragini to have a party. Surely she, of all people, knows that Ragini WONT have a fantastic time at a reception.

If she cares about Ragini, she would want to spare Ragini an even bigger, more public humiliation than that Ragini faced at her holud. The reception, made up of the exact same shallow mean socialites would just be a bigger torture. Its also the RAJVANSH family's decision if they want a Reception or not, and its not her business, nor her place to say anything to their bahu. Her reasoning must be that she now has decided that my daughter is there, that Sadhna is also there, I never wanted them together, so now Im going to drive them apart, and my daughter will have everything. Eventhough Mami's actions these days are evil and hurtful, I don't think there is any scheming going on in Mami's head (It might be in the future).

Lets not forget that Kaushi is not evilminded (and not that smart 😆) and wouldn't plot grand schemes(wo to Vasu ka department hain na 😆 😆 😆 )....the only problem with her is, she only sees and thinks about Ragini, Ragini and Ragini....and wants to be the protector in her life....She should just relax, but is again hard to do because she is a mom, who is very insecure and paranoid, who has suffered personally and seen her daughter suffer......

but if this attitude continues, like you said, she will be the one to make Sadi move away from Rajvansh house.....(I can hear her dialouge," Kaam kare ranvir, aur sari izzad sadhana ko" hheeeheh

I agree with Bini, that right now there is no motive but to see Ragini happy in Kaushi's mind. Kaushi is only showing her fears now, but the ultimate result can be what you said.

Sadi has been told very openly by Kaushi that she did not want to get Ragini married at the Rajvanch's was due to her being there, now if Kaushi's fears keep increasing and Sadi wanting to make every1 happy may sideline herself so that Ragini gets more importance.

Kaushi has been trying to drive the 2 sisters apart since the very begining, now with more players in the feild and especially Avni who will take in bits and create a mountain out of a molehill etc chances are there that some tension is created b/w the sisters, they are just following the divide and rule policy.

Again it will be a test of the love and understanding that these 2 sisters share which will keep them together, and maybe for some twists and turns etc we may get to see some misunderstandings b/w them but i think eventually their love will stand the test and come out as a winner.

There is a possiblity of a change in relationship between Sadhana and Ragini, once they have children, mamiji's present fear is related to the relationship between vasu and ambika.. so there is chance that once children around, there can be a change in ragini-sadhana, as all mum can be selfish for their children.. 😭

Totally agree..I don think mamaiji can affect Sadhanas n Raginis relationship.....😃
