Please go back and watch the episodes, "how sadi fell in love with Aalkeh"...it is matter of little things Aalkeh did, and the dedication Sadi has in the institute of marriage.....

Sadhna's love for Aalekh is that of a husband...That's for sure...Her love is very pure and it's not sympathy kind or anything...Personally I don't understand why Aalekh is termed as mental...I find him far more mature than few others...He understands the situation very well..His maturity is very innocent...Ahh how I love it!!😊

I think Sadhna's love for Aalekh is very innocent and pure....it may not be the conventional love that a wife may feel for a husband, but she loves him for the person that he is....who cares so much about her, who always stands up for her, who is willing to do anything for her....he shows his love for her in his own special way and that is what she responds to.

I don't think she loves him out of sympathy....there is obviously deep affection and love in her feelings for him.....it is obvious in her expressions....she feels blessed to have him in her life.

I agree with you, Anu! Sadi's love with Alekh is in it's own special category....It doesn't resemble the love she feels for Ragini, Mamaji or Mamiji....it's quite different and unique....it is a deep affection she has for Alekh that is unlike any other love....

So what separates a love for a friend versues a love for your significant other? Is there anything really that separates besides maybe a physical relationship??

@Adi: That's an interesting question.....

Hmm, I guess yes the only thing seperating the love one may feel for a friend from the love for a significant other is the physical aspect of it......because otherwise toh love is a very basic human emotion.....it just acquires varied hues in different relationships like that of a father-daughter, sisters, brothers or lovers as well. The core is the same I think.....only the outer layers evolve based on the relationships in question.

In Sadhna-Aalekh's case, she loves him wholeheartedly now....the physical aspect of their relationship would just be a formality at this point cuz in her eyes, it is her soul that is joined to his. But Aalekh is obviously unaware of a lot, so it can be said that his love is the one that is yet to fully develop...it is in an infant stage in a way just like his mind is....and will truly blossom completely once he recovers.

I think true husband -wife realtionship is beyond what most members here are assuming.
As far as Sadi-Alekh marriage is called a deal, I think all marriages are based on deals as it is a two way process. One can't marry someone just because s/he loves that particular person, that love has to be reciprocated to the former on some bases.
If people relate Sadi's deal as financial deal than I would say she herself did not gain anything out of it. Sadi is someone who just loves without any other pre-conditions except for getting 'love" in return. She passed her childhood under the hatred of Mami which for any normal humanbeing was enough to go against the entire Sharma family but she didn't do that.
May be initially marriage was just a task for her, but she took it as a challenge, did with her love and dedication with search for love and acceptance and today is what she is getting from Alekh as well as from his family.

i agree with what your point of view is.. but this love is still athuri... i understand sadhana's love for him.. but cannot say, that is for husband, since he has no idea about what husband is all about.. in realistic sense, you cannot love a childish person as husband, as his mental condition is such that, then it is cruel on your part to do so.. taking advantage of the person's condition, and you started loving him as husband.... ofcourse her character did earn the love and respect with in the family and public eyes, chottima and her husband feels for sadhana, as they know her life is incomplete..whatever aalekh showing towards her cannot called as a stable love, who knows what will happen to him tomorrow and it can take a twist in the story line too..

in realistic sense i still cannot understand her love for him as husband, as it is not correct to love him as a husband, unless he recovers from the mental condition.. now in realistic sense, this marriage cannot be called as marriage, as one person is mental and do not know what he was doing at that point of time..
