Sorry, but I dont find "Cheap" directed towards the character instead I do believe it was directed towards the actress.
Well anyway there are better ways to state different views, but if you all did not find it not offensive.. well then I dont think there is any point in discussion.

Very valid point! Ragini is a girl with a low basic self-esteem....usually very nervous for a lot of reasons.....so the quivering becomes a part of the characterization then.

Anyways, everyone's welcome to their own opinion....for me personally....I think she's a fine actress who is excellent at the emotional/crying scenes and really makes you feel the character's heartbreak......That said, it is cuz of the storyline that we have to end up seeing Ragini crying so often, hence the quivering bit does become annoying sometimes.

Oh well, hopefully some happiness is on the way for her now that she's going to marry Ranvir😊

I was kinda confused with that "cheap" comment...so is the OP saying that Parul looks "cheap"? "cheap" as in low-class, poor, inferior, or in a vulgar way? I don't mean to offend anyone, I just want to know what the original poster exactly was saying....

@Apux: it is one of those statements that only the writer can clarify.
So till then we are to speculate.. but again I will say the same thing when I read that comment... I assumed it was talking about Parul's acting being cheap. See even Anu took it a bit differently...
It is just that there should be no necessity for such vocabulary.
Anyway, maybe I took this way too hard on myself, so I should just mind my own business and stay in Ragvir Appreciation thread.

@Gagan: Yaar don't take it too hard! This isn't the first time harsh opinions have been expressed about Parul/Kinshuk or Ragvir in this forum.

I only interpreted that comment that way cuz the OP has literally put the words like this herself:
but I think Parul looks silly with Kinshuk.
I little cheapy looking
@Gagan and Anu, yeah that comment can be interpreted in different ways....but I guess people are just expressing their views, which is completely fine....but I sincerely disagree that Parul looks "cheapy" with Kinshuk....whatever that means...of course chemistry or whether a couple looks asethically nice with each other depends on the person...

@Anu: Thanks for quoting that statement.
I failed to read the line above the statement properly. 😆
In other words the member is talking about Parul's looks and not the character?
@Apux: Yes dear!! So I am just going to let it be...
Neway I adore Kinshuk and Parul😆 So back to the appreciation thread 😆

I get that the quivering gets to you after a while, but Ragini's character is such that she has always had doubts about herself because of what people say about her looks and has always been unconfident and insecure. Only because people have talked behind her back and belittled her upfront just because of her skin color. After a point of time, those things are bound to get to you psychologically and affect your personality. One cannot imagine anyone with confident personalities like Reshmi Ghosh or the Saloni actress (don't know much about her) portraying such a demure and bashful role.
Regarding her pairing with Ranvir, Parul does look a bit older than Kinshuk, but the majority of their chemitry comes from how they emote with each other. And in this respect, I beg to differ, but Kinshuk lacks a lot more. One simply cannot overlook this factor because the actor's looks are pleasant to the eye! Although he has improved, his expressions are still not convincing enough. Which is the reason, if there's any, to blame for the pairs' akwardness or lack of chemistry (which I think has gotten better with time, as Kinshuk improves).
For example, the "imaginary hug" of last week. Parul was hugging as if her last strand of life depended on Ranvir, and Kinshuk, far from reciprocating that, did not even look as if his longing to be with Ragini had been finally satisfied during the hug. He just looked content. Contentment is not what you feel when you get back the love of a person you thought you've lost forever. I'm Very Sorry to disagree with You in that Imaginary Hugging Scene It was Ranvir's Imagination,So he was very Happy seeing Ragini and Having her in his Arms.I think In that Scene Ragini's Pain and Ranvir's Happiness was Shown Brilliantly ,so I think Both Parul and Kinshuk were Great in That Scene.I Think Kinshuk has Improved Leaps and Bounds From His First episode
Nevertheless, he is improving and I like their unconventional pair.

i feel both parul kinushk are bad actors, in romance department they are zero in acting. the chemistry s not there at alll & ranveer's declaration of love looks forced, rather than romantic. very bad acting & very odd couple, love alekh/sadi good actor, great chemistry & love looks genuine. i don't know on what pretext they chose these 2 actors for these roles but 100% bad choice. ragni's way of talking looks forced & annoying, ranveer sounds like a kid learning his first words. the worse scene ever was where they admit there feelings, the scene had no impact and neither it created any magical moment for us viewers to keep watching the scene. i don't think producers will change them but in future it would be good, if directors chose leads putting alot of thought in the process of finding the right actors
