Cop checking the closet?

First of all, cops need warrants if they want to check your house and if you are unwilling to grant them permission (yeyea! Grade 11 law coming back to me now!) however, I guess it was just to let the story flow in Bidaai when the cops got in and started to check for Vinu.

HOWEVER: my problem is the fact that the cop fingered Matli's closet! OMGSH! Closets are personal! I was so disgusted with the officer when he opened her closet and started to make his way into checking its contents! 🤢

Besides, it wasn't like it was a WALK in closet or anything.. what was VinuJi gonna do? Wrap himself in malti's sari and then hang himself off of one of the hangers?
