I think he's going to take the job. This way I think the creatives want more of Adi-Namrata maybe.

Yes, Kartik will take the job.
What needs to be seen is, will his idea of marrying Namrata and both of them going to US happen or not.

I beleive that will not happen. I think Namrata is going to put her foot down saying she is not interested in moving abroad.
