Can someone please tell me why neha is in the mental assylum? Who is that guy she hangs out with in the assylum and why shubh is divorcing her

Neha is in the mental asylum because she has some kind of health problem where she slowely starts forgetting stuff so they admitted her into the asylum. At the asylum she becomes friends with the guy named soraj. She doesn't remember anyone from her past. When Soraj was released from the asylum Neha got really sick so now shubh is paying for both soraj and neha. But now Preeti who is Soraj's wife made a condition with Shubh that she will only leave soraj at the a care center with Neha if he divorces Neha and marries.
