Dr.Sid is a senior resident..

I saw many people questioning how Dr.Sid can take multitude of decisions on his own... He is a senior resident, it was said some where in starting episodes. A senior resident is one who completed their post graduation and was below fellow... Infact in many medical colleges... senior residents can admit patients and decide on surgeries they want to perform . So if Sid is considered as the best surgeon in the hospital, he will have leeway .. So there is no need of creating any fuss in sid taking decisions on his own
