i didnt understand that, i mean yeah ganga was hanging there but the point of spenindg precious time turing off the water makes no sense, i mean i doubt underneath the water will be bubble wrap orr layers of foam matress or any other kind of padding? so when the water is off , ganga would have fallen on the concrete which would have caused broken boes and head injury and quite possibly death. with the water on, atleast she could have swam to safety or if she didnt know how to swin, there was a chance of her floating down stream but with the water off, she would have been crushed by gravity
