No Sagar can't marry no other girl this cannot happen he is only Ganga's

Yeah, I also think Sagar is not gonna marry the new girl. Sagar will have flashbacks of him and Ganga only. I don't think he will try to come close to the new girl.

I DON'T THINK SO. IT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN AT ALL. SAGAR AND GANGA LOOK GOOD TOGETHER NOT WITH ANYBODY ELSE.

After saagar's memory loss, i think saagar will only have flashback of ganga, that he loves her alot. so maybe this way kavri will come to know that jaanvi is ganga and then kavri won't let ganga marry rahul.

Oh yes maybe he will remember only Ganga n not anything of his marriage wid Kaveri..Tht wud be gr8..😊 As for marrying someone else..I don think so tht is gonna happen ....N tht woman who was wid him in the hospital is already married I suppose😊
