STEP 1
(MECHANICAL LAB)
Vids and Parth thought that the best way they can make Sandhir realise that they are best when together would be done in ML for obvious reasons...
[Note : imagine the chimney scene of the village where RD comes at the last... Just exclude the village in this and think it's a task by Vardhan sir..]
Vids and Parth together said "step 1 accomplished..." And smiled...
STEP 2
(IN PKC'S CLASS)
Sanyukta was thinking something else in PKC'S class and guess what that dint go unnoticed by him...he at once scribbled something on the board and yelled her name bringing her out of the trance..
He asked her to solve it but she wasn't able to do that coz of some reason unknown to her as well...
PKC shouted at her ruthlessly and told she wasn't concentrating in her class but then also added that she wasn't meant for engineering and that she could settle down...little did PKC know that he had invited trouble for himself...Randhir who till now buried His face in his book looked up...he eyes were red due to the anger...he thought that Sanyukta would definitely counter attack PKC but then she stood num..but Randhir wasn't the one who could stay quite when his farzi was insulted... He looked at the board where the question was scribbled and chuckled...everyone was shocked watching him laugh..
PKC at once asked him the reason and he gladly replied "sir , how do you expect her to answer a question which does not have any meaning at all??"
Everyone at once looked at the board..PKC was hell embarrassed...the integration sign which was the main thing was 'missing'...
Randhir spoke adding it to PKC'S embarrassment..."Sir, she dint answer coz she dint want to point out your mistake..."
Every one was shocked yet again...Randhir first chuckled and now supported Sanyukta... His Mortal Enemy..!!!
Somewhere in the class 2 people breathed the sigh of relief...and that 2 people were non other than vids and Parth...
Now you must be wondering how the integration sigh went missing from the question...that was non other than vidhushi,.. She sneaked her way to the Board and erased it without notice...
"Thank god Parth no one knows that I was the one who did it...otherwise I wouldn't have been a part of 'The Further Steps'.."she chuckled until she blushed at what Parth had said...
"Ya vids thanks to your Perfect Figure because of which u sneaked under the bench without getting caught..."
He dint realise what he told but when he saw her crimson red cheeks he understood the effect of his statement and mentally noted that she looked cute when she blushed...
Keeping aside wild thoughts off their minds they said together
"Step 2 accomplished.."
STEP 3
There was only one way to make Randhir and Sanyukta go out on a date...
"Vidhushi... Our plan is working awesome but then I don't think that they'll ever go on a date on their own.." Parth said to an already frustrated vids..
"Parth... What do u think I don't know that?? Obviously I know that they'll never go on a date.." She said but Parth added "ON THEIR OWN" to it..
It was then that a thunder bolt hit vidhushi's brain and she shouted "your a genius Parth..."
The poor boy dint seem to get a thing... "I know that I'm intelligent but what cuisine is ur brain cooking now..??"
"First of all your not intelligent when compared to me ... Second it's a cake that we are cooking remember ??😆 And third,Parth will you go out on a date with me??"
"Woah where did that come from..??Not that I don't want to come but we were planning their date isn't it??"
"Yes I know ... But that's the only way we can convince them Parth .."
"I still dint get you vidhushi..."
"Such a dumba** you are... We'll crash a double date along with them you idiot..." After saying this as well she saw the confused look on his face and continued.."Parth we'll go on a date but then you convince Sanyukta to come along with you and I'll do that with RD telling them that it's our first date and it'll be awkward and all..!! Did you get it now..?" She asked him to which he nodded smilingly...
As said they convinced Sanyukta and RD to come along with them...but when they arrived at the restaurant Vidharth went and sat aside and let them be alone together...
R : it's awkward you know..!!
S : well it should be me who should tell that not you...
R : and why is that so Miss Agarwal?
S : forget it..I wanted to thank you Randhir for taking my side...
R : farzi take a chill pill...what's gone is gone...so that now we are on a date let's have some fun...
S : hmm...
The waiter came to take their order..
R : I'll have a tomato soup and farzi?
Listening to the word farzi the waiter giggled only to get a good glare from Sanyukta which stopped him immediately...
S : I'll have a tomato soup as well...
After taking the order the waiter left..
S : Randhir..that was mean... How could you call me farzi in front of him??
R : I always call you farzi...Nothing new in that..forget it..so now let's talk bout something..
S : like??
R : pick up lines..??
S : what about them?
R : farzi farzi farzi... Dumb as ever...tell me the dumbest pick up lines u know...or anyone has ever used on u..I don't think boys will use them on u but still...
S : listen I'm not dumb and ya many boys have proposed me...
And here goes the series of the DUMBEST PICK UP LINES that were used on ME... (She emphasised on the word me,..)
She started..."Well once a boy said this awkward thing to me..."
--There must be switch on my forehead coz wenever I see u I get turned on...(RD only smiled at this)
Getting no reply she continued "Well this guy was a cheapster and going by what he said to me his humour sense sucks!!"
He was like "Is ur name Gillette??"
I asked him confused.."Why!!?"
And then goes the weirdest answer..."Coz ur the best a man can get"...(RD was trying to control his laughter biting his lips...)
And then I especially remember this guy... He was Aditya..he was a nerd and was trying to get flirty...he was a guy from my tuition..
All of a sudden he was like "Did it hurt u??"
I asked him "What are you talking about??"
And he went on saying "Did it hurt you Falling from the heaven...ur soo beautiful like an angel..!"(he laughed hysterically at this..)
She was mesmerised by his laughter... It was the first time she had seen him laughing and oh boy!! She was completely drown into it...
He saw her staring at him and at once composed himself...feeling embarrassed on being caught ogling him she looked at anywhere but him...it was then she realised that vidarth were here as well...she turned around looking at where there were seated...she saw them talking and arguing a little.. She guessed it was about something related to their order little did she know that they were discussing about the would-be couple...
Just then the waiter came and served them with their food...they ate it chit chatting not at all feeling uncomfortable with their so called enemy...they enjoyed each and every bit of their conversation...
They wouldn't have stopped if Parth n Vids hadn't interrupted them...vids elbowed Randhir teasingly only getting a glare from him to which she returned her trade mark scowl..
Parth was no less... He too teased Sanyukta asking her that wether she enjoyed her 'date' with Radhir to which she profusely blushed...
The boys dropped their girls by the hostel gate... Vids just greeted Parth a good bye and was about to leave when Sanyukta dragged her back...she whispered something is her ear that made vids gasp...
"No effing way I'm gonna do that Sanyukta..."she literally shouted...but then immediately a wicked smile formed on her lips,.,
"Sanyukta ... Why don't you do 'it' first and then I'll follow? ..."she said making Sanyukta display a shocked face...
"Vidhushi it was your date ..you got to do that ..." Sanyukta said but before she could utter another thing vidhushi said "it was 'our' date...our as in a double date...you do it as wel.."she huffed...
Sanyukta dint want to embarrass herself so she dropped the idea and told vids it's ok...
But vidhushi kumar never backed away...she again whispers something in Sanyuktas ear...
Sanyuktas eyes bulged out after hearing that...
She reluctantly agreed to vidhushi... She went to Randhir who along with Parth was utterly confused because of the changing of words between the girls...she came to him stood on her toes and gave a peck on his cheek leaving Parth shocked and Randhir...he dint even know wether he was happy or his cheek had gone numb because of the sensation of her lips...
"Good night...I'll meet you tomorrow..."she said much to her astonishment as well...
Vidhushi was about to leave when Sanyukta coughed signalling her that it was now her turn to do it...
'What the hell..!! I'm stuck in my own plan' she thought but she wanted to give a peck to Parth as well... She went to him and as quickly as possible kissed him...
Both the boys were contented unknown to them as well...and the girls who were flushed fleeted away from the scenes...
They ALL knew something had changed...And they were happy about the change...sleep was the last thing that was in their mind...
Sanyukta knew that she liked him if not love and now there was no denying in that... The way be made her laugh at the dumbest things , the shocked yet dreamy expression written all over his face when she kissed him...
Randhir knew as well that he loved Sanyukta... He always did...he dint think of it as a mere attraction but much more than that...he was eagerly waiting for the next day to express his feelings to her by hook or by crook...
Vidhushi was about to sleep when she forgot something very important...he picked up her phone and texted Parth...
Parth who was trying to sleep heard the vibration of his cell... He picked it up and much to his happiness it was vids..
V : Step 3 accomplished...!! : )
P : Ya.. But tel me how did u make her do that?? :<
V : girly secret ;p..
Meet u tomoro.. Gud nite..,love u..
(Without thinking , on impulse she had written it and sent it as wel...)
Suddenly it struck to her but before she could do anything it was already sent... She waited impatiently for his reply and prayed That Parth shouldn't be offended...
Parth read the message not once , not twice ,not thrice but 'n' number of times...he was shocked would be an understatement... He however texted back
'Im gonna grill you tomoro if u wont tel tat secrt 2 me!! Nyways gud nite..!'
After wat seemed like eternity vidhushi's phone beeped... She read the content and breathed a sigh of relief..she felt grateful that've hadn't asked her about the 'Love u' part...
She thought that he had not taken it seriously but if only she knew that it had a great impact on Parth...
The 4 slept awaiting the next day for different reasons...
STEP 4...
"According to our plan today Sanyu and Randhir must kiss...u remember that...right??..." Asked vidhushi to Parth who just nodded without any interest...
Vidhushi sensing something is off with him asked him "what happened..? You seem a bit off today..!!" ...still she dint receive any answer...she shaked him bringing him back ..out of his thoughts..
He apologised for zoning out and asked her about the plan...
She scoffed..."what happened now..?" He asked..."nothing..."she retorted...
"Come on"
"Parth it's nothing..."
"Vidhushi...!!!!!!"
"Ok...fine.. Are you thinking about yesterday's text..??"
"What about it..?"
"The love you part...I'm really sorry for that..." She said not meeting his eye..."it was just on instinct.."she continued...
"It's ok vidhushi...just tell me one thing... Did you mean that..?"
"I..I...I don't know...yesterday we gelled along well and I liked spending time with you..."she slurred..
"I definitely wanna give 'us' a try vids...i like you too...so Vidhushi Kumar wanna be my girl friend??"
In response she hugged him as tight as possible...he even kissed her..
"So now if 'our' thing is over can we please concentrate Parth..??"
"Ya of course.." he said a little flushed...
IN THE MECH LAB...
According to Detective Vidhushi things weren't as complicated as she thought...RD and Sanyu were really into each other...
Not only that but he allowed Sanyu to actually work with him on their respective project without taunting her...they were simply perfect...they were working as well as laughing enjoying each other's company...
Every one left the lab except these 4...they were working intently on the machine when all of a sudden vidhushi pulled Sanyukta and took her to the canteen telling her something... Vids signalled Parth and he set himself to do what he was supposed to do,..
He went to Randhir and started talking to him..."So...what's up with you and sanyu??" He asked
Only to get a glare from him,..
"Come on RD...I know you like her.."
"And who told you that...stop getting false hopes on...we are just 'Good Friends'..."
Parth laughed at this and said.."the 'Famous Dialogue of Bollywood'...we are jus good Friends...seriously RD..?you can do much better than this.."
"Of fine...I love her..happy..??"
"Dude...why don't you tell it to her then..?"
Randhir show cased a thinking face said " well...I don't know Parth.. Um... Lemme guess... Oh ya ... Because she doesn't love me you dumba**.." With sarcasm dripping from his voice...
"Woah... First of all I'm not a dumba**...it's because of you that vidhushi calls me dumba**...no wonder...second thing if u don't tell Sanyukta how will you know that she loved you or not...?? Tell her..I know she loves you.."
"Well first thing...yes because of me vids calls you dumba**...n second I know she doesn't feel the same for me..."
"Try RD.."
"No...what if she rejects me..?our friendship will be at stake Parth..,n I would never want that to happen...she's too precious to lose..."
"By not telling her, you're already losing her... Ok ...what if she feels the same for you..?? You'll confess..??"
"Why not.. I Just wanna make sure that she feels the same..."
"Ok then..wait a minute..."
"What are you going to do Parth..?"
"Wait and listen.."saying this he called someone ...
Meanwhile the girls (sanyu n vids) were talking about RD...
It was basically vidhushi trying to make Sanyukta accept that she loved RD and Sanyukta obviously not agreeing ...
"Sanyukta stop being a moron...you know that you like him..then why deny it..?" Asked a frustrated vidhushi...
Sanyukta had had enough...she knew that there was no denying now...she was about to confess that she 'Loved' RD when vids phone rang... She at once picked it up.., now we know that it was Parth who had called her..
"Hello...whose der..??"---no reply..
"Speak you moron...!" -still no reply..
"Go to hell..." She pretended to cut the call but actually she hadn't...
She places the phone on her lap and continued talking to Sanyukta...
Parth kept it on speaker...
"So Sanyukta why don't you tell Rd that you like him...?"
"Because vidhushi I don't like him vidhushi...!"
There she told it and RDs heart broke into a Million peices... He couldn't understand why she couldn't love him..was he so unlovable...??befire he could think something else Sanyukta spoke again..
"I just dint like him vidhushi...but I'm in love with him..!!" She exclaimed..
Randhir's happiness knew no bounds..he couldn't believe his ears and in excitement he hugged Parth as tight as he could...
He was about to go to the canteen when the girls entered...
He at once went to Sanyukta and whispered 'I love you' ...befire she could say anything he pulled her in a soft kiss which was turning into a deep one in no time... Parth and vidhushi sensing that they were supposedly intervening in there moment left from their..
Sanyukta and RD both out of breath pulled apart staring at each other intently...
Sanyukta broke the silence by whispering 'I love you too' and hugging him...
There outside vidhushi and Parth yet again said 'Step 4 accomplished..' And smiled...
Even they knew that Step 5 wouldn't be difficult as sanyu n RD loved each other...However this time for a change Parth suggested the plan just in case..
And like they expected those two divided to keep their relationship under wraps...but when vidarth are here nothing to fear...they put their last plan in action..
STEP 5
The 4 were sitting in the canteen chit chatting when out of nowhere a line of boys came to Sanyukta and started asking her out...
RD as well as Sanyukta were confused...but to their surprise vidhushi and Parth sat there like nothing is happening...
Sandhir both glared at them and being under the vicious gaze of Sanyukta , Parth blabbered everything...Sanyukta n RD were both angry but knowing their sweet intentions behind their escapades...
Well knowing what the step 5 of their plan was did it without any second thoughts...
He got down to one knee and proposed her in front of everyone...not a speech proposal but a simple yet meaningful one..
'Sanyukta Agarwal I love you and want to spend my life with you,.. But for now be my girlfriend..'
As if he dint know the answer...she without out hesitation replies with a 'yes' earning woho's n ohhh's of the people around then...
But this time before vidhushi and Parth could say anything Sandhir together said 'Step 5 accomplished'...
