looks like everyone is loosing hope and no ones set these 4 instuctions in a while now so i thought i'd remind all.
1. feedback to the channel:

box 2. select ... one of the given options, i went for critisism.
write your message and then send ..
2. emails to CVs: we got loads of email addresses, be sure to try all.
