We know that Jaggi is Parag and Urvashi's love product which obviously Parag was not aware of. He didn't even know that Urvashi was pregnant when he broke with her and married Kokila.

Jaggi was born before Ahem ...so that makes Jaggi elder brother. Unless Parag continued seeing Urvashi after his marriage. ..which is unlikely.

CVS have forgotten this ...today Urmila says that Jaggi is Ahem's younger brother.

Come on cvs the audience doesn't suffer from amnesia. ..
