Go to 'My dashboard' (Check top right corner) then you'll see some options like basic, contact details, preference etc. Click on to preference. and then click NO after - "Notify me of replies to posts,Sends an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you make a post :"
