TOI:Vishal has had six shaadis on his TV show, but none in real life

Actors often become a victim of far-fetched twists and turns of a daily soap, and Vishal Singh is one such case.

He plays Jigar in Saath Nibhaana Sathiya and has had six marriages so far on the show! Vishal laughs, "I hope that does not happen in my real life!" With so many dress rehearsals on one show, what are his views on marriage?

"Frankly speaking, I am not in favour of marriage. I have seen my friends separating after marriage and that scares me. We just don't seem to follow or believe in old values any more."

On the professional front, how ever, Vishal is happy with the way his career is going."Apart from TV , I recently walked for the fashion week at LA recently and got to explore a different fraternity altogether.

I was the only Indian in the event. It was my international debut... I was nervous at first, but the people over there made me feel like I belonged there."

Regardless of whether he is or not this is an asinine remark to make.

Gay or straight he has never addressed the issue therefore we should respect that. His personal life is just that and there is no need for such speculation.

As for being able to see his orientation, I fail to see how you can so conclusively make that assessment. Gay people come from all sorts of backgrounds and lifestyles as do straight people. You can'r make a judgement based on outward appearances.

If you read what I have written then you'll see that there is no assumption by me of his orientation.
