When I was working for Aptech as a computer software trainer, there was a seminar for the students where each faculty has to present their subjects before them.

It was the turn of the hardware trainer wherein he was describing about the computer parts. When he said about Motherboard, one of the students asked "Why Motherboard? Why not Fatherboard?" to which everyone laughed. The trainer was annoyed at this question but rest of us found it very funny.

When I asked the same question to my cousin, he said it is named as Motherboard because a mother carries all the burden whereas fathers do not carry the burden & cannot do it either. That was a witty answer.😆

Also mothers don't give up on their children whereas fathers give up.

The same thing is shown in SNS show. Ahem as a father has given up upon Meera but Gopi did not give up on her. If Ahem calls it as mahaanta, what is so mahaan in it?

No, it is not the same for every one.

Not all mothers are strong like Gopi.
For some people fathers are the supporter, for some people mothers are the supporter.

Example " Haasi tho faasi" Film.
----She stolen money of her father and escaped, gave heart attack to him, but still her father never let her go or gave up, where as, all other family members gave up.----

It depends on indivisual relationship. Depends how strong your father or mother is.

The person who has strong personality and deep connection with you will never leave you.

A weak soul mother can leave her children too. If a mother never understood her children or only think about themselves , can leave them behind too.

It depends upon soul and personality too. A shallow mind cannot support during harsh time.
A deep mind and soul who love you unconditinally, can stand by you no matter how bad you are.

Does not matter mother or father. Indivisual circumstances are totally depending on their personality.

I'm not telling that there are no exceptions. There are exceptions. But most of the mothers don't give up on their children.

Meera stole her dad's money but he didn't give up on her. Even Gopi didn't give up on her.

Also in most of the cases children are more close to mothers than fathers & they fear their fathers more.

When a child is suffering from disability & the doctor says that nothing can be done, it is mother who puts her efforts to help the child to overcome its deficiency whereas fathers give up.

When Gaura put the hot wax on Meera's hands & was screaming, Ahem shouted at Gaura.

But Ahem is denying that Meera means a lot to him.

When Sahir & Samar were mischievious, Jigar gave up on them but Rashi didn't. She was controlling them.

Ahem has always been like this. When he is hurt by the people he loves, he responds in anger and pushes that person away. In the past he has done it to Gopi and Kokila. Now he's doing it to Meera. It doesn't actually mean she doesn't mean anything to him.

Not all fathers are like Ahem, and not all mothers are like Gopi. There are selfish mothers out there, just as there are selfish fathers. I've seen many families where fathers have been children's biggest supporters. So we can't generalize. Both a mother and father are equal in a child's life. It's hard to replace either.

There are exceptions. It depends on whom the child feels close to. The child may be either be close to its mother or its father. But a child needs both. There are also many families wherein mothers support their children more. What you say is right. It depends from case to case.

However, in this particular case i.e in Meera's case, Ahem has given up on her. when Meera was a toddler, she was more close to Ahem & Rashi than Gopi.

She loved her dad till Vidya's marriage. Ahem gave up on that same Meera whom he loved more than his life.

Anyway Fatherboard was just a joke which I shared for the entertainment purpose at the same time, when somebody asks you the question which has no answer, then you have to get away from that question with spontaneously.
