Paridi discovers Radha at the banquet. She unmasks Radha and screams at her to give her back her child. Radha struggles. At the same time a man appears with a bucket of hot dahl. Radha grabs the bucket, pours scalding hot dahl over Paridi and makes her getaway. Jigar arrives too late to catch Radha and tends to Paridi.
Radha runs away, almost tripping while holding Rashi. She reaches the banks of the lake and puts Rashi in a wicker basket and then makes an angry phone call to Gopi and scolds and threatens. While she is on the phone a snake, could it be the snake that gopi freed, appears by the basket. Radha continues to rant. When she has finished she looks down and finds The basket empty and vows to make the Modis life hell. As she moves away from the bank to look for Rashi the camera pans back to the snake on the steps.
In the motel Kokila is frantic Gopi consoles her. Scene shifts to Radha who is hunting for her golden egg laying hen. She accuses the Modis of taking Rashi away.
Jigar is applying ointment to Paridi. Paridi is worried but Jigar tells her not to worry. Radha will threaten but will not see it through. Gopi starts to interrupt but Ahem stops her and says that he agrees with Jigar. Gopi starts again. Jeez doesn't she know when to let it go? Radha is a waste of space. Everyone can see that but her. Kokila rants that Radha can do anything and she is willing to pay Radha for Rashi's safety. She says that the next day is important in this fight and prays to God that they are successful.
Ahem reporting back to Modi men and requests them to put in the ad in the paper as per Radha's demands. They reply that they have done so. Parag asks Ahem to take care of Kokila.
At the house Hetal rants and says to pay Radha anything for Rashi.
Radha is walking near the motel when a man bumps into her causing her to fall. Jigar and Paridi see this, don't realise that it is Radha and scold him as he runs off. Radha gets scared and pulls the shawl tight,y around her and ru s off too.
Kinjal and Hetal talking. Hetal tells Kinjal to go back home, that misunderstandings happen between husband and wife. Kinjal them reveals about the slap. Hetal is shocked.
Kokila is sleeping fitfully. Ahem is angry. Gopi tries to justify her actions towards Radha but he argues back that he wants nothing to do with Radha and reminds Gopi how Radha tried to kill Meera and kept them all apart. She looks upset and he hugs her. She apologises and says she really thought that Radha had changed once she became a mother. Ahem tells her that such a woman can never change. She agrees and asks for forgiveness. He hugs her. Radha is skulking nearby, hears everything, moans that they blame everything on her and now knows that they don't have Rashi. Neither does she but she will play them along.
At some hut a man feeds a handful of children. A woman comes in with Rashi and says that she is the hen which lays the golden eggs. She will sit at the steps of the temple and beg. People will give her money for the child. The man agrees and laughs. The snake is seen again in the rafters.
Morning, Radha reads the ad in the paper and smirks befor cursing her luck at losing Rashi. The woman is on the steps of the temple, with Rashi and begging. Other beggars are also there. Radha arrives, hungry. She checks her money but only has five rupees. Then she sees the blind beggar and the money he has collected. Pretending to put money in the tin, she picks up a handful. The beggar grabs her hand and accuses her of stealing from a blind man. She insults him and tries to break free but he is helped by a group who beat Radha. As she lays on the floor she sees Rashi and tries to take her but is stopped by the group. She is chased away.
Hiding she calls Gopi and tells that she read the ad. Gopi pleads that they did as she asked so she should hand Rashi over. Radha says what's the hurry and reminds her of her other demand for money. 25,000 rupees to be left at some place. Gopi protests but Radha demands that it is no big deal for the Modis to get that sort of money.
Pre cap. Kokila and Gopi walking near the temple, hear a baby crying and get distressed. Gopi comes upon the woman and Rashi.
