rashi is not hand overing the responsibility
she also handovering the key of tijorii key to key

the power of the house

if u remember when gia in the sow there was a track where koki gave the key to rashi, and gave too much key
she was fed up with works but when she need to handover the key to koki she was too sad and angry
so what happens now??

She gave the keys to her Devrani with love.

I think rashi is tired of the responsibility it was the whole reason she wanted to get Ahem married off again in the first place. She know the keys are in safe hand with gopi and she won't order her about. Rashi knows she's got it good now gopi is back. Rashi doesn't have to fight for power over the household as gopi is no threat, but I doubt urmilla will see it that way she still wants to live off modi's and without rashi having power she's stuck.
