Are Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Vishal Singh and Mohammad Nazim quitting Saath Nibhana Saathiya?

The popular daily soap airing on Star Plus recently took a six year leap, but looks like the numbers are still not looking good

Saath Nibhana Saathiya's Gopi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee), Jigar (Vishal Singh) and Ahem (Mohammad Nazim) don't wish to play parents of grown up kids. Rumour is that the trio plans to quit the show if the makers decide to take another leap. So are they taking a leap?

Well a little birdie tells us that the producers of the popular show want to take another leap soon and focus on the lives of an adult Meera (Gopi and Ahem's daughter) and the lives of the other kids. In variably, the parents have to age considerably and will lose prime focus in the show.

Now this is a normal course in any daily soap, no? The creatives apparently will bring in a new leap slowly and steadily. They are still in talks with the actors to convince them to not quit the show just yet, however we doubt Devoleena, Vishal and Mohammad will stick around to see the leap. Vishal even went on to confirm to a media channel that he will definitely opt out of the show if they go for another leap.

Guess this puts the ball in the court of the makers. They have to decide between ousting the existing actors to introduce a new story or create a new plot around the current actors. Wonder what it will be...
