why is everyone dependent on Gopi??

after watching today's episode i was really confused that why was Kokilla referring to Gopi that everyone is depending on her to fix everything?? I mean like seriously??? there are so many elders in the family and they all want Gopi to take the responsibility??? like why??what is gopi's dad and ahem's dad for?? what is hetal,kokila and baa for?? they are Elders they are more mature than Gopi-Ahem they should try and fix it rather than giving the whole responsibility to gopi-ahem!!!
