Inconsistency

I just watched the friday episode and koki is giving a silver teaset to kinjal on rakhi but last year she only allowed ahem and jigar to give 11 rupees(correct me if I am wrong) because dhawal would have felt bad seeing an expensive gift.
So what happened this year that kokila doesn't think about dhawal. The show is pretty inconsistent with itself and so are the characters

Yes, I too remember the 11 rupees which sent Kinjal into a rage last year. The story line is all over the place, or maybe Dhawal found that lottery money and is no longer poor.
