I started googling rashmi sharma telefilms to try and get more information and this came up.

How can there be rivalry if she has another show on colours tv.

Please explain cause im starting to think theres more to this than meets the eye.

well this guys are cowards, don't have guts to support their actress, rashmi sharma could have been strong and protest with SP

When there is programme of Rashmi sharma in colors at 7.30 pm ,why this Star plus accepted a soap of her at 7pm in star plus...So, they are only playing games with actors and they can explore all the channels for money ...Complete Shit...both Star plus and Rashmi sharma..They are gambling with audience and TRPs...

Trish, she was told off by Colors, reprimanded because of Giaa's insistence for Jhalak and her refusal.

Rashmi agreed for Jiaa to do a dancing show, then when Giaa signed contract with Jhalak dikhlaja comes back for the dates to say she wants 4 of her 5 days to do JDJ, then Rashmi refused and told her to withdraw. Star was putting pressure on the PH to not allow any stars to have anything to do with Colors as Colors is gaining on them with TRP. Just as we are fanatic over our stars of SNS they are fanatic over TRP.

Colors had a meeting with Rashmi and told her that if she doesn't stop what she is doing with Giaa and let her do Jhalak dikhlaja she would loose her commission of the show she commission by Colors, the new one, Rashmi backed down about Giaa, but her ego wouldn't rest having had Giaa go over her head with Colors and she and Star started threatening Giaa Maanek, that they will harm her physically, break her legs if she does Jhalak dhiklaja this year. After the threats Giaa had she and Hina Khan took the matter to the Cine and Television Artists Association (CINTAA) they decided in Star's (production houses) favour, reprimanding Giaa Maanek for unprofessional behaviour though she explained about have 5 days leave and about Ragini Khanna (Suhana of SGP also a Star program) and Parul Chauhan (Bidaai actress also a Star program) based on the fact Giaa was using her own time and the previous history of bahu's being allowed to perform for other channels Giaa didn't agree that she was being unprofessional and has sent CINTAA a legal notice.

Though an agreement was made between Colors and Star already, Giaa Maanek resigned due to mental torture of the production house and Star. Giaa is complaining now that Star is saying a lot of things to defame her to say she breached her contract of employment, but this is not the case.

We are hoping based on the agreement with Star and Colors the exchange of actors is temporary and Giaa comes back after her stint with Jhalak dikhlaja (as seen at the bottom of that report above). But in order to get this, we must maintain pressure on Star, production house for that to happen.
